Base plate: 0.08/1000 in the longitudinal direction and 0.06/1000 in the transverse direction; the cylinder surface of the drying cylinder is 0.12/1000; The axis of the lower press roller is 0.08/1000. 3.4.3 The center distance tolerance of the base plate, crossbeam and frame T-slot is ±1.0mm. 3.4.4 The blanket corrector, movable scraper, movable water spray pipe and various pressure adjustment devices shall be light and flexible without obstruction. 3.5 Appearance quality requirements 3.5.1 The appearance surface should be flat and smooth, and the outer edges of the joints of adjacent parts should not have obvious misalignment. The walkway railings should be neat and beautiful. 3.5.2 The exposed processed surface should not have bumps and scratches, and should be coated with anti-rust grease. 3.5.3 The exposed non-processed surface should be painted and comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.4. 3.6 Safety and hygiene requirements 3.6.1 The noise (sound pressure level) during the operation of the paper machine shall not exceed 90dB (A). 3.6.2 Safety protection devices should be installed on the exposed rotating parts that are prone to personal injury or equipment damage. 4 Test methods 4.1 The manufacturing quality of the product shall be inspected in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T14253. 4.2 The installation and trial operation acceptance of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the methods specified in QBJ1. The speed of the paper machine is measured by a tachometer to measure the speed of the paper reel cylinder. Stability can be measured by touch and visual inspection. 4.3 The quality of finished paper shall be tested according to the test methods specified in GB/T451~465. 4.4 4.5 The steady speed accuracy of the paper machine shall be tested by measuring each transmission point within 15 minutes. 6 The test methods of the main components shall be tested according to the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.6 4.7 The level of the base plate, drying cylinder and the lower roller of the press shall be tested with a flat ruler, a feeler gauge and a frame level gauge according to the method specified in QBJ1. 4.8 The center distance of the T-slots of each part shall be tested with a steel tape measure or a special measuring tool. 4.9 The noise can be measured at three points on the operating side, 1m away from the frame and 1.5m high, and the maximum value shall be taken (noise outside the paper machine can be excluded). 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection 5.1.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before leaving the factory and a product certificate shall be issued before it can leave the factory. 5.1.2 The quality of main components and appearance shall meet the requirements of 3.3 and 3.5. 197 5.1.3 The quality of trial installation shall meet the requirements of 3.4. 5.2 Type inspection QB/T1626—1992 5.2.1 The paper machine shall be subject to type inspection during the trial production of new products or the trial production of old products; or when there are major improvements after production, which may affect product performance; or when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension or the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection, and when the national quality supervision agency proposes it. 5.2.2 One unit of the product to be type inspected shall be sampled from the same batch of products that have passed the factory inspection. 5.2.3 Products subject to type inspection shall be inspected for all items specified in this standard. Among them, 3.2 and 3.6 shall be inspected at the user's factory. 5.2.4 In the type inspection, if there are items that do not meet the requirements, they are allowed to be repaired or doubled for inspection. If they are still unqualified, the product will be judged as unqualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 Each paper machine should have a product nameplate fixed at the specified position. The type and size of the nameplate should comply with the provisions of JB/T8. The nameplate should indicate the following: Model; Product name; Net paper width; Paper making quantity; Working speed; Track gauge; Weight; Manufacturing date; Factory number; Manufacturer name. 6.1.2 The control points of electric and pneumatic controls should be clearly marked and consistent with their actions. 6.2 Packaging 6.2.1 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. 6.2.2 The packaging of drying cylinders, mesh cages and cast iron rollers shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBY91003, QB/T1422.4 and QB/T1422.3 respectively. 6.2.3 The following technical documents shall be placed in the first box: a. Packing list of the whole machine; b. Product certificate of conformity; c. Product instruction manual. 6.2.4 Product hoisting and shipping and receiving marks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 6.3 Transportation and storage 6.3.1 During transportation and storage, attention shall be paid to preventing rain and chemical corrosion. 6.3.2 The product should be unpacked and inspected every 6 months from the date of delivery, and oiled for rust prevention if necessary.
