This standard specifies the model, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging and storage and transportation of net weight and gross weight electronic automatic quantitative packaging machines.
Electronic automatic quantitative packaging machines are composed of weighing units, feeding devices, control actuators, etc. This standard applies to electronic automatic quantitative packaging machines (hereinafter referred to as packaging machines) for granular materials (such as polyolefin resins, urea, etc.), powder materials (such as PVC powder, linalool powder, etc.), and flake materials (such as caustic soda flakes, fatty alcohols, etc.). 2 Reference standards

5.1 Design
5.1.1 The design of the performance parameters of the packaging machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 0

5.1.4 The maximum weighing value that the packaging machine can withstand is 125% of the rated weighing value. This weighing value should have an overload display. When the overload is removed, the maximum weighing and zero position should be checked again. The tolerance should comply with the provisions of 5.1.2. 5.1.5 In addition to complying with the provisions of GB7724, the weighing controller shall also have the following adjustment functions: a) zero point tracking, b) automatic overshoot correction c) weighing value display and counting. d) over-tolerance alarm e) self-diagnosis function; HG/T 3130—1998 5.1.6 The weighing sensor shall comply with the provisions of GB7551 5.1.7. Electrical control should be safe and reliable, and the insulation resistance between the live circuit in the electric control equipment and the ground (the circuit is not directly grounded) should be no less than 1M0.
The packaging machine should take corresponding measures to avoid strong vibration impact and strong electromagnetic field interference as much as possible. 5. 1. 13

5.1.15 For occasions with explosion-proof requirements and requirements for the shell protection level of electrical components, the design of the packaging machine should meet the corresponding requirements and be indicated in the contract.
5.1.16Other special requirements should also be indicated in the contract (for example: whether the weighing controller has a communication interface, materials for acceptance, etc.). 5.2 Working or metering conditions of packaging machine
5.2.1 Packaging materials
5.2.1.1 Packaging materials shall comply with the provisions of Table 4 and meet the following requirements a) Moisture content: not more than 5%; b) Bulk density: not less than 500kg/m; c) Temperature: not higher than 90℃; d) Particle size: generally not less than 74um and not more than 10mm. 5.2.1.2 If the characteristics of packaging materials exceed the above range, special design of the packaging machine structure shall be considered. 5.2.2 Power supply and electronic control
5.2.2.1 Rated voltage 220V, charging differential is -83V~22V rated frequency 50H2, charging differential is ±1Hz. 5.2.2.2 The electrical control cabinet shall be isolated from the working site of the packaging machine as much as possible, and the environment shall be kept dry without obvious dust and corrosive dust and gas. If the above requirements cannot be met, the electrical control cabinet shall be specially designed (specify in the contract). 5.2.3 The gas source shall be dry and clean instrument gas with a pressure of 0.5MPa~0.6MPa5.2.4 Environment
a) The ambient temperature shall be within the range of 10℃~40℃, and the temperature change rate shall not exceed 5℃/h: b) The relative humidity shall not exceed 90% (at 25℃). 5.3 Manufacturing
5.3.1 In addition to meeting the requirements specified in this standard, the manufacturing of the packaging machine shall also meet the requirements of the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures.
5.3.2 The components of each part shall be interchangeable. 5.3.3 All materials used in the manufacturing of the packaging machine shall comply with the provisions of the national standards or industry standards of the corresponding materials, and there shall be documents proving the quality of the materials.
5.3.4 All supporting parts and purchased parts shall meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards and there shall be product certificates. 5.3.5 The inner wall surface of all parts in contact with materials should be polished, and the welds should be ground flush with the parent material. The appearance of other welds should be beautiful and free of defects such as rafale.
5.3.6 When the weighing barrel door is closed, there should be no leakage around the combination with the weighing pan barrel. 5.3.7 The manufacture of the weighing controller should comply with the requirements of GB 7724 and the provisions of 5.1.4 and 5.1.5. 4

5.3.8 The manufacture of electrical control boxes or control cabinets should comply with the provisions of 3.11.1 in GB379789. 5.3.9 The outer surface of the parts (except stainless steel parts) without anti-corrosion requirements shall be coated with anti-rust primer and topcoat. 5.3.10 All added parts shall be inspected and qualified, burrs shall be removed, and they shall be cleaned before assembly. 5.4. Installation
5.4.1 The installation dimensions of the packaging machine shall be consistent with the drawings and product specifications. 5.4.2 The installation and acceptance of the packaging machine at the user's site shall comply with the provisions of HGJ203. 5.4.3 There shall be no exposed live parts on the outside of the electrical control device. 5.4.4 The protective grounding and signal grounding resistance of the electrical control system shall be less than 42. 5.4.5 The verticality of the control cabinet after installation shall not exceed 0.5% of the height of the control cabinet. 5. 4. 6
There should be a passage of more than 1 meter on the front of the control cabinet. 6 Tests and test methods
6.1 Component test
6.1.1 Visually check the appearance quality of the weld, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.3.5. 6.1.2 According to the provisions of 5.1.9, the weighing sensor shall be subjected to an overload test and comply with the provisions of 5.1.4. 6.1.3 According to the provisions of 5.1.12, the insulation resistance shall be tested and comply with the provisions of 4.3 of GB3797-89, 6.1.4 The dielectric test and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.4 and 3.7.2 of GB 3797-89 respectively. 6.2 Machine Test
6.2.1 After the packaging machine is installed, an empty running test shall be carried out. 6.2.1.1 The preheating time of the packaging machine's electronic control system shall not exceed 30 minutes, and it shall be in a state of no display and operation failure during the preheating period. 6.2.1.2 The packaging machine shall be tested according to the pre-programmed procedures to complete the continuous actions of manual supply of packaging bags, automatic weighing, automatic material discharge, automatic bag dropping, and packaging process. The movements of each component shall be accurate and without abnormal noise. 6.2.2 Empty scale Detection
6.2.2.1 Observe 20mm at rest, the indication value change is not greater than the tolerance. 6.2.2.2 Push and pull the weighing bucket forward, backward, left and right appropriately once, the indication value change is not greater than the tolerance. 6.2.2.3 Place a magnetic code with 1.4 times the display scale value on the hopper to detect the sensitivity of the empty scale. 6.2.3 Overload detection
The code of the whole 1/5 maximum fixed value is concentrated in the left and right areas of the weighing bucket, and the indication value error is not greater than the tolerance. 6.2.4 Overcut detection||tt ||A magnetic code of 1.25 times the maximum quantitative value is added to the weighing bucket, and there should be an overload indication: after 20 minutes of static pressure, unload to the maximum quantitative value, the minimum quantitative value, and the empty scale point, and the indication error is not greater than the tolerance. 6.2.5 Quantitative point detection
6.2.5.1 From the empty scale zero point, the minimum quantitative value to the maximum fixed length value, the code is increased in sequence, and the indication error is not greater than the tolerance. 6.2.5.2 From the maximum fixed disk value, the small fixed value to the empty scale zero point, the magnetic code is decreased in sequence, and the indication error is not greater than the tolerance. 6. 6 Load test (including measurement test) 6.2.6.1 The working conditions of the packaging machine load test shall comply with the provisions of 5.2. 6.2.6.2 After 30 minutes of normal operation, pack 20 bags continuously each time as a group, and do three groups in total, and measure the time taken to pack 20 bags. The weighing data of each group shall be processed and judged in accordance with the requirements of Articles 11 and 12 of JG73191. The accuracy shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.2. The production capacity shall be calculated based on the measured time taken to pack 20 bags, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 6.2.7 Determination of noise
Use a Class A sound level meter to measure 6 points at a distance of 1m wide and 1.5m high from the equipment, and take the average value. 6.3 Reliability test
The reliability test of the packaging machine is carried out during the user's use. The sum of the working time and the maintenance time should not be less than 8000h, and the availability (A) value is calculated using the following formula of HG/T3130-1998

7 Inspection rules
7.1 After the packaging machine is inspected and qualified by the inspection personnel who have obtained the corresponding inspection qualifications, a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 7.2 The inspection of the packaging machine is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 Factory inspection
7.2.1.1 Factory inspection items and requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6-36.2. 7.2.1.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out for each machine.
7.2.2 Type inspection
7.2.2.1 Type inspection items and requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.2.2.1.5.3.6.16.2.6.30 (collecting test data from users). 7.2.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting units from qualified products for delivery inspection. 7.2.2.3 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following situations: a) product trial production, finalization, and appraisal; b) when there are major changes in design, materials, and processes; c) when the normal production time reaches 24 months; d) when production is resumed after a 12-month suspension; e) when there is a major difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results; f) when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 7.3 Inspection rules and judgment
7.3.1 Each packaging machine shall be inspected according to 7.2. If any inspection data does not meet the requirements, the packaging machine shall be judged to have failed the factory inspection.
7.3.2 If the type inspection meets the requirements of 7.2.2, the type inspection shall be judged to have passed. If any item does not meet the requirements, the type inspection shall be judged to have failed.
8 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 The product label shall be placed in a conspicuous position on the main frame of the packaging machine. 8.1.2 The size and requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T18806. The sign shall be made of materials resistant to environmental corrosion. The sign shall include the following:
a) Manufacturer name and trademark,
b) Product name and model:
c) Main technical parameters, such as weighing range, accuracy level, power supply voltage, rate, production capacity, etc.; d) Product number and manufacturing date
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Before packaging, the exposed surfaces of all parts (except stainless steel parts) shall be brushed with anti-rust grease. 8.2.2 The packaging shall be made of plastic film and wooden box, and the packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 8.2.3 The packaging machine is allowed to be packaged by parts, and each group of parts shall be put into a plastic film bag and then fixed in a wooden box. The electrical components installed on the host should be put into a plastic bag, put into a carton, and then packed in a wooden box, and an appropriate amount of desiccant shall be hung in the wooden box. 8.2.4

8.3 Storage and transportation
