4.2The hardness value of the inner cavity of the mold (cylindrical sample tube) should be greater than 60HRC (including 60HRC). 4.3The surface roughness parameter R of the inner cavity of the mold is 3.2um (equivalent to V6 of the old standard). 4.4The dimensional tolerance and form and position tolerance of the inner cavity of the mold adopt the ninth level standard tolerance in GB1800~1804, and its code is IT9. 4.5 Appearance quality
a. The outer surface of the mold should be machined and should not have protrusions, depressions or roughness not specified in the drawing. b. The processed surface of the mold cavity should be bright, without rust and obvious scratches. 4.6 Anti-transport environment performance
The mold should comply with the provisions of ZBY002 when transported with the instrument or separately under packaging conditions. Among them: high temperature is +55℃, low temperature is -40℃, and the free fall height is 100mm.
Test method
5.1 The test conditions should comply with the provisions of 4.1. Test instruments
Hardness specimens heat-treated in the same batch as the mold; b.
Special sample for testing tensile strength core box; square ruler, right angle seat and measuring stand with indicator; c.
Vernier caliper, measuring accuracy of 0.02mm, feeler gauge and platform; d.
Surface roughness measuring instrument. The measuring accuracy is 6%. 5.3 Check the hardness of the specimens heat-treated in the same batch as the mold, and its hardness value should comply with the provisions of 4.2. 5.4 Use a surface roughness measuring instrument to check the surface of the mold cavity. The roughness parameter R should meet the requirements of 4.3. 5 Use a platform, a square, a square seat, a feeler gauge, a vernier caliper, a measuring stand with an indicator, and a special sample for checking the tensile strength core box to check the dimensional tolerance and form and position tolerance of the mold cavity. They should meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.6 Visually inspect the appearance quality of the mold and it should meet the requirements of 4.5. 5.7 Inspect the anti-transportation environment performance in accordance with the provisions of ZBY002 and it should meet the requirements of 4.6. 6 Inspection rules
The mold must pass the quality inspection of the manufacturer and be accompanied by a product quality certificate before it can be shipped. 6.1
6.2 The factory inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.1~4.5 and the test methods of 5.1 and 5.3~5.6. 6.3 If the factory inspection fails, adjustments are allowed and it can only be shipped after passing the re-inspection. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

The mold should have a product label. Because of its small size, there is no suitable place to bind the label. Some molds are heated with the sample, so the label can be installed on the accessory box of the sample making machine, or marked in the product manual of the relevant instrument. The content of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306.
7.2 Packaging
The packaging of mold products should comply with the provisions of ZBY003. a. Packaging type: composite packaging composed of shockproof and rainproof; b. Packaging material: Class III frame fiberboard wooden box (supplied separately). 2
The mold should be strictly protected from impact and rain during transportation. Storage

The mold should be stored in a warehouse without corrosive gas and corrosive chemicals. 8
When supplied separately, the user manual, certificate of conformity, packing list and other technical documents of the mold product shall be provided. Additional remarks:
