This standard is mainly composed of Lin Meide, Liu Maxing, Liu Xueming, Yang Chenjiang, and Wen Zuxun. This standard was first issued in 1989 as the Ma family This standard is the first paragraph of the light industry standard QT3867-1999 issued by the former State Bureau of Light Industry. The entire standard is QR/T2613.2203. Scope This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and protection of explosion-proof tools and anti-alkane equipment. The surface quality is tested by comparing the sample block with the standard GA/G0G0. 5 2 Size test The wire is tested by comparing the surface quality of the wire with the standard sample block. 5.3 Degree test The degree of the wire is tested according to the provisions of GR 230. It is carried out on the side of the wire. 5.4 Cutting test The cutting test of the wire is shown in Figure 3. The low-carbon wire with a diameter of 4mm specified in GB/343 is cut vertically with a pair of pliers. The test piece shall be inspected and the opening parts shall not be damaged, cracked, or have any other defects. 5.5 Explosion-proof performance test The explosion-proof fence shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GR/0686: 6 Inspection 6.1 The product shall be inspected and qualified before it can be called a mountain, and a product certificate shall be attached. 2. For the production of fertilizer, the samples of the fertilizer produced shall be sent to the inspection unit designated by the manufacturer for performance test every 2~3 years. 6.3 The acceptance inspection of products shall be carried out item by item according to the scheme stipulated in 0BT2878: 6.4 The unqualified products shall be classified, tested items, qualified flux level and AQI (you can check the number of unqualified products) according to the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Unqualified classification, inspection items, quality level and inspection level Sequence of unqualified products Inspection items: Test items, quality level and inspection level Overall test: Test items, small size test, quality level test and raw material test 6.5 For unqualified products found in the acceptance inspection and the samples destroyed after the test, the product shall be replaced by the manufacturer. 6.6 The products that have been accepted by the inspection can be manufactured! After reclassification or reorganization, the main submission is: the marking, packaging, transportation, storage of some products, GA/T5305, Q/T2613.22003, and the permanent explosion-proof category and inspection unit code specified below should be marked on the product and packaging.
