State Economic and Trade Commission Issued
HG3308—2001
Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this standard are mandatory, and the rest are recommended. This standard is a revision of the mandatory chemical industry standard HG3S08-1965 Principles and procedure of the nomenclature for common names of pesticides. The main differences between this standard and HG3308-16 are: First, the addition of "national standard" and "non-standard"; Second, the naming principles of pesticides with complex chemical structures are specified in more detail, according to the naming principles of functional groups and compound characteristics, the naming principles of chemical combination purposes, the naming principles of special uses, the naming principles of specific uses, and the naming principles of isomers and isomers. The naming process is supplemented and clarified, and the naming work specifications are specified. This standard will replace HG3308-1986 from the month of implementation. This standard was proposed by the former National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Policy and Regulation Department. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the State Pesticide Standards Technical Committee. This standard was originally formulated by the China Petrochemical Research Institute. The drafters of this standard are: Zhao Xin and Hou Ning. The standard was first issued as a professional standard in 185, and was converted into a regulatory chemical industry standard in 1999, and is now revised as HG33C81336. The National Pesticide Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat is responsible for the interpretation of the standard. The naming principles and procedures for common names of pesticides and formulations are as follows: formulatinns1 Scope
This standard specifies the naming principles and procedures for the Chinese common names of pesticide active ingredients and formulation names. This standard is applicable to the naming of the Chinese common names of pesticide active ingredients and formulation names. 2 Reference standards
B4839-1998 Common names of pesticides
3 Naming principles
HG3308—2001
Generation H+38-
The common name of pesticides should be simple, understandable and easy to remember, and should reflect the structure, characteristics and usage of the pesticide as much as possible, and embody scientificity, effectiveness, uniqueness, nationality and internationality.
3.1 Naming of common names of new pesticides.
3.1.1 The common name should not be inconsistent with the pesticide trade name or the common name already in use, and should not be inconsistent with the name of secondary products or drugs. 3.1.2 Do not use a combination of Chinese characters and numbers to name the pesticide. 3.1.3 For varieties with simple chemical structures and common names of active ingredients, their chemical names or common names shall be used as common names. 3.1.4 Varieties with complex chemical structures can be named according to the characteristics of the chemical structure and the use of words. Generally speaking, three to four characters are used to express a certain characteristic function or element in the chemical structure and its main use. Based on the characteristics of the structure of the pesticide, specific pronouns are used and organically combined with the EIS common name to name the pesticide. 3.1.4.1 Name the pesticide according to the functional group, element, and compound category. The role of classifiers such as storage, terminal, ester, compound, substitution, ban, method, net, aldehyde, pulse, seat, sulfonyl, amine, as well as convex, base, war, snail, mouse, grass, and synergistic should be fully utilized to identify the chemical structure and classify the pesticide.
3.1.4.2 Name according to chemical structure and its use: For example, the name should reflect the structural characteristics and biological activity, such as bulachlor, uta refers to the chlorine group. This product is a herbicide, so it is named as herbicide. 3.T.4.3 For the names of different types of chemicals, special ending words that are specified in the regulations should be used as much as possible, such as organophosphorus pesticides are...phosphorus (phosphorus), aminomethamine is for chrysanthemum pesticides, herbicides are for weed control, and herbicides are for beauty.
3.1.4.4 For E-IS() generic names, those that are directly translated into Chinese after the above naming principle is met should be directly translated into Chinese as much as possible. For example, acthamidopnos, where cth, amido, phoe; for the internodes in the common name that indicate structural characteristics, corresponding additions should be made when determining the common name, such as: pho3.thion, taon..win; myl.cab.lan..cheng-thrin·-zole.naphthene.bamneb.-fen..-hlor.amine.-line.lingyl.jingijinmai insecticide or long (herbicide lm iodine seat, etc.) Approved by the National Economic and Trade Commission on January 24, 2002 and implemented on July 1, 2002
3.1.4.5 Naming of isomers and isomers H3308-2001
In the naming of isomers and isomer mixtures, such as F· These situations should be taken into consideration. a) For a compound that contains an asymmetric center and exists in the form of enantiomers (optical isomers), whether enantiomers or one of the optical isomers, the common name without any suffix may be used to name the compound. If the chemical isomers are to be named, the suffixes "M", "M", and "H" may be added to the original common name to indicate the racemic, left-handed and right-handed isomers, respectively. For compounds with any isomers, the common name should indicate the basic configurational characteristics. For a relatively pure isomer of the compound, the common name may be used to indicate the cis-, trans- or R-form. 3.2 When naming the common names of pesticides (single and mixed), be careful to use names that include all the components, i.e. The content of active ingredients, common name of active ingredients and dosage form. The common name of the mixed preparation can be the common name of the active ingredient (the first two characters are paired to represent the key components of the active ingredient, and the first two characters are linked together, with a space between them to reflect the active ingredients. The active ingredients should be sorted in the order of the effective ingredients. Www.bzxZ.net
3.3 The Chinese naming code for each pesticide variety that has not yet been determined shall indicate the English translation of the common name (phonetic or literal translation), but the foreign trade name shall not be used. 3.4 In international pesticide academic exchanges, the chemical name and the English common name may be used.
3.5 The naming of foreign pesticide varieties that are used in or undergoing efficacy tests shall use the Chinese trade name approved by the company and the English translation of the trade name: English common name. Naming procedure
4.1 For new varieties, after the test is completed and its efficacy is confirmed: the research and development unit shall promptly formulate a common name, including Chinese and English common names. 4.2 For pesticide varieties created in my country, the research and development unit shall propose a common name, including the structure, chemical name, chemical properties, preparation method, use, toxicity and efficacy information of the product, and report it to the National Pesticide Standardization Technical Committee for approval. The Secretariat of the National Pesticide Standardization Technical Committee shall organize experts to review its naming suggestions, and after the review is passed, it shall be reported to the relevant departments for filing, and the research and development unit shall be notified. For the names that are not suitable for naming, the relevant experts shall be organized to propose new names and conduct reviews. 4.3 For the English common names of products created in my country, the Secretariat of the National Pesticide Standardization Technical Committee shall recommend them to the 1S81. Before approval, the name of the pesticide should be changed. The change unit should submit a request, explain the change, and report to the relevant department for filing. 4.5 All pesticide varieties with confirmed names must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the GH43 plan. That is, in scientific research, education, production, commerce, publishing, advertising, academic exchanges and other fields, all pesticide names should be used in accordance with the common names specified in the standard.
