The size error shall not exceed ±3mm, and the skewness shall not exceed 3mm. 3.2.2 The roll width shall be in accordance with the order contract. The roll width error shall not exceed ±3mm. 3.3 According to the order contract, various colors and embossed book cover papers can be produced. The whiteness of colored paper is not assessed, and the smoothness of embossed paper is not assessed. 3.4 According to the order contract, other quantitative book cover papers can be produced. The strength index is less than 80g/m2 and is assessed according to the 80g/m2 standard. If it is greater than 80g/m2, it is assessed according to the 100g/m2 standard. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The technical indicators of book cover paper must meet the requirements of Table 1. The degree of alignment and color tone should conform to the standard sample specified in the order contract. The cutting edge of the paper should be neat and clean. 4.4 The paper surface should be flat, and there should be no sand, hard blocks, folds, wrinkles, cracks, holes, obvious wool marks and other appearance defects that affect the use of paper. 4.5 When printing, the paper should not have obvious hair loss or powder loss. The end surface of the roll should be flat, with no more than 4 broken ends, and the broken ends should be firmly connected, and obvious marks should be placed at the broken ends. 4.6 The following conditions are second-class products, but no more than two items at the same time. a Quantity exceeds the specified value by less than ±2%; Breaking length is less than the specified value by less than 20%, Dust content exceeds the specified value by less than 20%; Gluing degree is less than the specified value by less than 0.25mm; Whiteness is less than the specified value by less than 3% (absolute value). 5 Test methodbZxz.net Quantity is measured in accordance with GB/T451.2. 5.2Breaking length is measured in accordance with GB/T453. 5.3Smoothness is measured in accordance with GB/T456. 5.4Folding endurance is measured in accordance with GB/T457. 5.5Gluing degree is measured in accordance with GB/T460. 256 5.6Water content is measured in accordance with GB/T462. 5.7Dust content is measured in accordance with GB/T1541. 5.8 Whiteness shall be measured in accordance with GB/T8940.1. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 One batch is considered as one delivery, but not more than 30t.
