This standard specifies the required sanitary protection distance between the alkaline sulfide plant and the residential area. This standard applies to the construction of new alkaline sulfide plants located in plains and hilly areas, as well as the expansion and reconstruction of existing alkaline sulfide plants. Existing alkaline sulfide plants can refer to this standard for implementation. The sanitary protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection authorities of the municipality or autonomous region where the construction project is located, based on the atmospheric environment quality evaluation report. GB18069-2000 The technical contents of this standard are mandatory. The standard for sanitary protection distance of industrial enterprises is a comprehensive standard involving construction planning, industrial construction general layout, environmental sanitation, and sanitary engineering. Its purpose is to ensure that the pollutants generated by national key industrial enterprises after the project is put into production will not affect the health of people in residential areas. This standard aims at the characteristics of various harmful factors, finds out the occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation, and degradation characteristics of harmful factors, and then determines the allowable emission intensity of industrial enterprises according to the best practical technical principles, that is, according to the treatment measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved at the current economic level of my country, and finally selects the appropriate atmospheric dispersion model and corresponding parameters to determine the sanitary protection distance. This standard will be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Institute of Environmental Sanitation and Sanitary Engineering, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, and Sichuan Provincial Health Prevention Station. The main drafters of this standard are: Hu Gengxin, Shao Qiang, Yao Eryu, Fu Wenzhao, Hao Yongwei. This standard is entrusted by the Ministry of Health to the Institute of Environmental Health Monitoring of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine for interpretation. 230 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Sanitary protection zone standard for sodiom sulphurct plantwww.bzxz.net Ilealth protection zone standard for sodiom sulphurct plant This standard stipulates "the required sanitary protection distance between sodiom sulphurct plants and residential areas, GE 18069-2000 This standard is applicable to newly built sodiom sulphurct plants located in plains and low-lying areas" and the expansion and reconstruction projects of existing sodiom sulphurct plants. Existing soda sulphurct plants can refer to it for implementation. The sanitary protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the main drinking water department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection authorities of the province, city or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the human environmental quality evaluation report. 2 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions 2.1 Health protection zone The minimum distance from the boundary of the door (workshop or section) where harmful factors are generated to the boundary of the residential area. 3 Standard content 3.1 The health protection zone of alkali sulfide is specified according to the average wind speed in the area in the past five years as shown in Table 1. Table 1 Speed tm/s Distance, 1 3.2 This standard also stipulates that the location of the alkali sulfide plant and the screen generation area should take into account the influence of factors such as wind direction frequency and terrain to minimize its pollution to the residential area. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on April 10, 2000 and implemented on January 1, 2001 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
