Standard No. GB700—88 GB5232—85 GB5312—85 GB1527—87 Steel tee pipes should not be galvanized when used in oil media systems, and should be hot-dip galvanized when used in other media systems, with a minimum coating weight of 610g/m*. The surface of the copper tee pipe should be coated with a protective paint film. Test methods and inspection rules The tee pipe must be subjected to a hydraulic test, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, which should be maintained for 5 minutes, and there should be no leakage. The surface of the flange and the pipe should be smooth, and there should be no defects that reduce strength and affect sealing. The end face of the flange should be perpendicular to its axis, and the deviation should not be greater than 30'. 5.4 Hot-dip galvanizing quality inspection shall be in accordance with CB/Z343. 5.5 The tee pipe shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of Articles 5.1 to 5.4, and a product quality certificate shall be issued. Marking and packaging The tee pipe shall have the following markings: Manufacturer name or logo; Product name; Model and standard number; Production batch number or manufacturing year and month; Inspection pass seal. Before the tee pipe leaves the factory, the inlet and outlet ports should be sealed and stored in a dry place.
