JB/T 6663.193 This standard applies to light and small single-stage centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) with a flow rate of 8 to 400 m/h, a head of 6 to 90 m, and a working pressure of 0.6 to 1.6 MPa. 2 Reference standards GB3216 GB4216 GB/T13006 JB/T·6663.2 3 Types Test methods for centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps and vortex pumps Size of flange for gray cast iron pipes Centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pumps NPSH Technical conditions for light and small single-stage centrifugal pumps 3.1 The structural type of the pump is axial suction, single-stage, horizontal, with the water outlet vertically upward and passing through the axis, the pump foot and the pump body are cast as one piece, and the bearing body does not have an intermediate bracket. 3.2 The connection dimensions of the pump inlet and outlet flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB4216. A square flange may be used for flanges with four connecting bolts. For pumps with an inlet nominal diameter less than or equal to 80 mm, the inlet may be threaded and the outlet may be connected with a 4-threaded square flange. 3.3 The power transmission mode between the pump and the diesel engine or motor is divided into direct drive (including coaxial) and belt drive. 3.4 Pump shaft rotation direction: For pumps with direct drive, the rotation direction is counterclockwise from the pump inlet; for pumps with belt drive, the rotation direction is clockwise from the pump inlet. 4 Model 4.1 Model indication method The pump model is indicated by uppercase Latin letters and Arabic numerals, and the composition and meaning are as follows: IQ Rated (standard) power of the power machine (keep one decimal place when matching diesel engine), kW (basic model can be omitted) Transmission mode: D represents electric motor direct drive (basic model can be omitted), B represents belt drive (basic model can be omitted), C represents diesel engine direct drive Impeller nominal diameter, mm Pump inlet nominal diameter, mm Light and small single-stage centrifugal pump 4.2 Marking example A basic light and small single-stage centrifugal pump with an inlet nominal diameter of 65mm, an impeller nominal diameter of 160mm, an electric motor and a direct drive mode is marked as: IQ65-160. The import nominal diameter is 80mm, the impeller nominal diameter is 125mm, and it is equipped with a diesel engine. The transmission mode is a basic type of light and small machinery industry approved by the Ministry of Industry on June 4, 1993 and implemented on January 1, 1994. The single-stage centrifugal pump is marked as IQ80-125C. The import nominal diameter of JB/T6663.193 is 50mm, the impeller nominal diameter is 250mm, and it is equipped with a diesel engine with a rated power of 5.88kW. The transmission mode is a light and small single-stage centrifugal pump with a direct drive. The mark is IQ50-250C5.9. The import nominal diameter is 65mm, the impeller nominal diameter is 180mm, and it is equipped with a diesel engine with a rated power of 4.41kW. The transmission mode is a belt drive light and small single-stage centrifugal pump, which is marked as IQ65-180B4.4. Basic parameters 5.1 The basic parameters of the basic type ticket of belt drive and motor direct drive shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, and the series type spectrum is shown in Figure 1. The basic parameters of the variant ticket formed by changing the impeller outer diameter or speed shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement). 5.2 The basic parameters of the basic type pump of diesel engine direct drive shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the series type spectrum is shown in Figure 2. The basic parameters of the variant pump formed by changing the impeller outer diameter or speed shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 5.3 The deviation of the basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB3216. Other single-stage centrifugal pumps other than those specified in this standard shall comply with the following provisions: 5.4 The specified efficiency shall not be lower than the provisions of curve A of Figure C1 (or column A of Table C1) and curve C2 (or table C2) in Appendix C (supplement). The efficiency of the modified ticket formed by changing the outer diameter or speed of the impeller shall comply with the provisions of curve B of Figure C1 (or column B of Table C1) and Figure C2 (or table C2) in Appendix C; b. The specified critical NPSH of the pump shall not be greater than that specified in GB/T13006: The power reserve factor of the pump's supporting power machine is 1.1~1.4; other technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6663.2.
