4.6 The inner diameter reduction caused by high-pressure oil pipe heading should be trimmed. The size deviation of the inner hole D within the length range of 20mm from the end face of the heading is D=1.5 When ~3mm, the deviation is =210mm; when D>3mm, the deviation is 01mm. 4.7 The sealing cone surface behind the heading of the high-pressure oil pipe must not have scratches, bruises, cracks and other defects, and there must be no cracks in the transition area between the heading and the pipe. 4.8 The surface of the clamping part of the high-pressure oil pipe heading head is allowed to have slight clamp marks that do not affect the strength. 4.9 The surfaces of high-pressure oil pipes, sheaths, compression washers, and pipe nuts should be oxidized or galvanized to passivate. The galvanized layer should be uniform, firm, bright in color, and free of defects such as bubbles, peeling, and exposed bottoms. Only slight defects are allowed. contact points of the spreader. There should be no rust on the internal and external surfaces. 4.10 High-pressure oil pipe components should undergo a pressure test. The test pressure should be no less than 1.5 times the working pressure or under a pressure of 100MPa, and the holding time should be no less than 30S. There should be no oil leakage, rupture or permanent deformation. 4.11 The inner hole of the high-pressure oil pipe should be flushed with cleaning fluid with a pressure of not less than 1MPa, and the inner surface cleanliness limit is 5mg/m. 4.12 The installation dimensions of high-pressure oil pipe components should comply with the agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 4.13 The service life of the high-pressure oil pipe assembly under normal use conditions should be consistent with that of the supporting diesel engine. 5 Inspection methods
5.1 Dimensional accuracy inspection of main parts of high-pressure oil pipes The equipment, instruments and measuring tools used in the dimensional accuracy inspection of main parts must be approved by the prescribed procedures or recognized in the industry, and be within the validity period.
The surface roughness of the parts of the high-pressure oil pipe assembly is checked with a profilometer or a surface roughness comparison sample. The inner diameter of the high-pressure oil pipe is measured with a smooth plug gauge with a general gauge length of not less than 20mm approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Hardness Inspection
For parts whose hardness cannot be tested with finished products, the materials being processed on the production line are allowed to be sampled for testing. 5.3 Pressure resistance test
The pressure resistance test of the high-pressure oil pipe assembly should be carried out on the hydraulic test bench. After the pressure reaches the specified value, the duration should be no less than 30s. Observe whether there is leakage or rupture in all parts of the oil pipe assembly. and permanent deformation. 5.4 Cleanliness inspection
4
5.4.1 Measurement location: the inner surface of the high-pressure oil pipe. JB/T6014-2000
5.4.2 Measuring instruments and cleaning fluids should be no less than those specified in 2.2 and 2.3 of GBT3821-1983. 5.4.3 Filter element: 5μm filter membrane, 50mm diameter. 5.4.4 Preparation work:
a) Cleanliness measurement should be carried out at a specified site, which must be safe and reliable. The dust fall at the measurement site should not exceed 20 mg/m2 every 24 hours
b) Operation Personnel should wear clean clothing and keep their hands clean; c) The outer surface of the high-pressure oil pipe assembly should be cleaned; d) All measuring tools, containers, etc. should be cleaned: e) Use tweezers to put the filter membrane into the weighing bottle and put it in the weighing bottle. Open the weighing bottle cap halfway and place it in an oven that has been heated to 90°C ± 5°C. Take it out after 60 minutes, place it in a desiccator to cool for 30 minutes, and then weigh it for later use (if necessary, multiple filter membranes can be used to dry and weigh together. , but there should be no more than 3 pieces in each weighing bottle, and the filter membranes should be staggered with each other), and it is required that the difference between the two drying and weighing times of each filter membrane should not be greater than 0.4mg. 5.4.5 Operation steps:
a) Scrub the outside of the high-pressure oil pipe assembly clean, and repeatedly inject cleaning fluid into the pipe with a syringe. The volume of the injected cleaning fluid should be greater than 10 times the volume of the oil pipe;
b ) When using a syringe to rinse, the cleaning solution should be prevented from splashing out of the container; c) Use tweezers to wet the filter membrane to be used in the cleaning solution, then place it tightly on the filter screen, and then use metal clips to clamp the butt joint of the filter screen. , pour the cleaning fluid with impurities collected from the inner surface of the high-pressure oil pipe into the funnel for vacuum filtration. The vacuum degree of the vacuum filtration system should be less than or equal to 80kPa;
d) Use the cleaning fluid to clean the filter Rinse the filter membrane inside at least twice, put the filter membrane with impurities into the original weighing bottle, dry and weigh according to the provisions of 5.4.4e).
5.4.6 Calculation of impurities
