This standard specifies the quality grade, test method and sampling evaluation method of filling and capping machines for carbonated beverages. This standard is applicable to the quality classification of filling and capping machines (hereinafter referred to as "products") for various carbonated beverages (hereinafter referred to as "beverages") packaged in crown-shaped glass bottles.

Appendix A
Technical requirements for crown-shaped bottle caps
(Supplement)
A1.1 The basic material of the crown-shaped bottle cap is a cold-rolled low-alloy tinplate with a thickness of 0.250.28mm.
A1.2 Requirements for coating of crown-shaped bottle caps
The coating on the bottle caps must ensure that the bottle caps are not corroded and do not fall off after stirring.
A2 Shape and size of bottle caps
A2.1 The shape and size of the bottle caps shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure A1 and Table A1.

The bottle caps after stamping shall not have burrs, gaps and
cracks.
A3 Bottle cap pads
The bottle cap pads shall be made of materials with certain elasticity and toughness and good sealing performance.
A3.2 The bottle cap pads must meet the food hygiene requirements. The pads shall ensure that they are firmly bonded to the bottle caps, and the inner pads of the bottle caps shall not fall off after stirring.

The test methods and inspection rules of the products shall comply with the provisions of ZB002.
Evaluation methods
6.1 Check and evaluate item by item in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of this standard. When comprehensively evaluating the grade, the lowest grade in the assessment items shall be used for grading.
For the assessment items listed in Table 1, the conditions A3.4 are confirmed in the random inspection.
