The indicators after purification Conform to GR5749 regulations .0.3mg/l 4.1.7 The purifier should be equipped with a safety valve, and its opening pressure should be less than the working pressure + design pressure. 4.1.8 When the working pressure of the purifier rises and the processing capacity is less than 80% of the rated processing capacity, backwashing should be carried out, and the replacement cycle (regeneration cycle) of the purification medium should not be less than 1000 hours. 4.2 Manufacturing requirements 4.2.1 The head and the shell should be formed by mechanical cold processing, but hammering should not be used. When the head is formed by hot pressing, overburning should not occur. 4.2.2 The welders of the purifier must be tested in accordance with the "Welder Examination Rules" issued by the Ship Inspection Bureau, and the welders who have passed the test shall be responsible. When the temperature of the weld is lower than 0°C, it should be preheated within 100mm of the welding area to make its temperature around 15°C. 4.2.3 4.2.4 There shall be no defects such as cracks, pores, pits and slag inclusions on the weld surface, and no slag and splashes shall be left. The opening of the cylinder shall avoid the weld. 4.2.5 The weld and the parent material shall have a smooth transition. The depth of the weld undercut shall not be less than 0.5mm, the continuous length of the undercut shall not be more than 100mm, and the total length of the undercut on both sides of the weld shall not exceed 10% of the length of the weld. 4.2.6 After grinding the weld surface to eliminate defects or mechanical damage, the thickness of the weld shall not be less than the minimum limit thickness of the parent material. 4.3 Material requirements 4.3.1 The head and the shell should be made of OCr19.Vi9.1Ct18Ni9Ti stainless steel or killed steel plate. The technical requirements of the steel plate should be in accordance with GB 3280, GB 4237 and GB 712. 4.3.2 If the shell is made of killed steel plate, its outer wall should be treated with anti-corrosion after passing the strength test, and the inner wall should be coated with non-toxic paint. 2 W.4.3.3 The sealing gasket should be made of non-toxic materials. GB/T14358:-93 4.3.4 The cooling metal of the purifier should be made of one or more of the following materials. a, activated carbon; b, diatomaceous earth; polyethylene. 5 Test method 5.1 Appearance inspection Inspect the appearance, material selection, accessories, size, etc. of the purifier. The results should meet the requirements of 3.1.4.2 and 4.3. 5.2 Strength test The purifier cylinder should be subjected to a water pressure test. The test method is in accordance with GB11037. The test results should meet the requirements of 4.1.3. 5.3 Tightness test After the purifier passes the strength test, it can be subjected to a tightness test after installation. The tightness test uses clean water as the medium. The test force is 1.25 times the design force. During the test, the test force is slowly increased until the expected test pressure is reached and the pressure is maintained for 51m, then reduced to the design pressure. All welds and connection parts are inspected. The results should meet the requirements of 4.1.3. 5.4 Safety valve opening and seat test After the purifier tightness test is qualified, adjust the safety valve to the specified value, and conduct the opening and seat test. The test is carried out three times in a row, and the results shall meet the requirements of Article 4.1.7. 5.5 Tilt and swing test The tilt and swing test shall be carried out under the conditions of Table 2 of Article 4.1.2. When the swing test conditions are not available, the fixed tilt test can be used instead, and the tilt angle is 45\. 5.6 Purification test 5.6.1 After the purifier is qualified for assembly acceptance, the purification test shall be carried out. The continuous test time shall not be less than 8 hours, the interval time for extracting water samples shall not exceed 1 hour, and the water samples shall not be less than 10 5.6.2 The purified water volume in the purification test shall not be less than the rated purified water volume of the purifier, and the purified water temperature of the purifier made of calm steel shall not be lower than 45. 5.6.3 The quality of the water inlet and outlet of the purifier during the purification test shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.5. 5.64 The inspection of the purified water quality shall be conducted by the health and epidemic prevention departments at or above the county level (including the county level).
