Standard of the Fourth Machinery Industry Department of the People's Republic of China CK-603 Continuous Wave Magnetron SJ1617-80 Standard of the Fourth Machinery Industry Department of the People's Republic of China CK-603 Continuous Wave Magnetron SJ1617-80 This standard applies to CK-603 continuous wave magnetron (hereinafter referred to as magnetron). The tube has a fixed frequency of 2450MHz, an average output power of not less than 5kW, a metal ceramic structure, a magnetic field provided by an external electromagnet, a cathode lead-out end, an energy output end and anode respectively using forced air cooling and water cooling, and energy output from the axial antenna, which can directly excite the BJ-22 rectangular waveguide for microwave heating as a power source. This standard is a supplement to SJ342-78 "General Technical Conditions for Magnetrons". Except for the contents specified in this standard, the others shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the general technical conditions. 1. The dimensions and electrode leads of the magnetron (Article 2 of SJ342-78) shall comply with the requirements of the outline drawing. 2. The electrical parameters of the magnetron shall comply with the requirements of the parameter specification table (Article 7, Paragraph 2 of SJ342-78). Either the filament voltage or the filament current can be used as the test condition. 3. Vibration intensity test (Article 5 (3), Article 6 (1) of SJ342-78). Fix the magnetron on the vibration table (the lead wire should be firmly fixed), the vibration acceleration is 2.59, the frequency is 30Hz, and the vibration is continuous for 30 minutes in the vertical and horizontal directions. After the test, the magnetron should not have mechanical damage, and there should be no free-flowing debris in the tube that causes short circuit and damages the normal operation of the magnetron. The "JQ" electrical parameters should comply with the requirements of the parameter specification table. 4. Climate test (Article 8 of SJ342-78). The electrical parameters tested refer to the "JQ" items specified in the parameter specification table. 5. Filament on-off test (Article 12 of SJ342-78). The filament voltage (or current) of the magnetron is connected for 2.5 minutes according to preheating conditions A or B, and disconnected for 2.5 minutes, for a total of 1000 times. After the test, the filament current (or filament voltage) should meet the requirements of the parameter specification table. 6. Load stability test: When the load standing wave ratio is 2.7±0.3, the full phase is shifted at a speed of 5 to 7 times/min, and the test time is 15 minutes. During the test, the magnetron should not have unstable phenomena such as mode jumping, vibration stop and loss of control. 7. Life test (Article 26 of SJ342-78). The life test is carried out once every six months (or six months of continuous production), and one is selected each time. Phase shifting should be carried out during the life test. bzxZ.net Appendix: Average working characteristic curve 2. Waveguide excitation cavity 3.
