The difference between the optical density of the exposed test piece after development and fixing and the optical density of the undeveloped and only fixed test piece is expressed. b. Sensitivity
Calculated according to GB2923,
Tolerance and effective tolerance
Tolerance is expressed by the absolute value of the difference between the logarithmic value of the exposure corresponding to the lowest point and the highest point of the straight line of the characteristic curve, and the effective tolerance is expressed by the absolute value of the difference between the logarithmic value of the exposure corresponding to the point on the characteristic curve where the fog density plus the base density plus 0.1 corresponds to the logarithmic value of the exposure corresponding to the dotted point on the shoulder of the characteristic line with a slope of 0.4. 5.2 Determination of uniformity
According to the method specified in ZBG80001
5.3 Determination of resolution
According to the method specified in GB9015.
5.4 Determination of root mean square granularity
According to the method specified in GB10558.
5.5 Determination of optical density of film base
ZB G81011—90
Take a test piece of about 30cm long, remove the emulsion layer with 5% sodium hydroxide solution, and measure the density of the base film. The measurement points shall not be less than 5, and the result shall be the half mean.
5.6 Determination of fixing transparency time
Put a test piece of about 30cm long in D.1 fixing solution with a stirring temperature of 20±3℃, and start counting the time until the emulsion layer becomes transparent.
5.7 Determination of melting point of emulsion layer
Perform according to the method specified in GB6843.
5.8 Determination of water absorption
Perform according to the method specified in GB0860
5.9 Determination of scratch resistance during film processing
Perform according to the method specified in GB9861.
5.10 Measurement of film size
Perform according to the method specified in HG7-1350.
5. 11 Determination of performance in use
5.11.1 Inspection of apparent quality of raw film
Take a piece of raw film from the unopened sample and immediately visually inspect it under H light. The quality of raw film should meet the requirements of 4.3.1. 5.11.2 Quality inspection of transparent film
Take a test piece from the unopened sample, develop and fix it directly without exposure, and make a transparent film. Check the transparent film by daylight, and its quality should meet the requirements of 4.3.2.
5.11.3 Quality inspection of gray film
Take a test piece from the unopened sample, expose it evenly, and develop it to a density of about 1.0. Check the gray film visually, and its quality should meet the requirements of 4.3.3.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the wood film according to the provisions of Table 5. Only qualified products can be shipped out of the factory, and each roll shall be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate.

6.3.1 The user department shall take axis as the unit, and sample 5% of the total number of boxes of axis numbers. It should always be no less than one box, and inspect according to the items and methods specified in 4~5 of the standard.
6.3.2 If any of the indicators in item I are unqualified after inspection, 20% of the total number of boxes of the film with the same axis number shall be sampled for the second inspection. If more than 80% of the second inspection meets the indicator requirements, the film with the same axis number shall be accepted: 6.4 Quality Assurance Clauses
If the product that has been accepted by the user department in accordance with 6.3 is found to have manufacturing quality problems during the warranty period and storage and normal use under the specified conditions, the film shall be returned after verification. 7 Packaging and Marking
7.1 This type of 35mm film has the film production mark and size printed on the edge of the film, which can be clearly identified after T is added. 7.2 The label inside the film box meets the requirements of GB6850. It can be clearly identified under the lighting of the safety light. 7.3 This type of film is packaged in rolls. The film is rolled on an open core with the photosensitive layer facing the inner side, packed in a light-proof black paper bag, and then packed in a metal box (2 rolls per box for 16mm film). When using adhesive tape, the film core used should comply with the provisions of (B6848. The 16mm×30.5m film is wound on a special photography film clip with the photosensitive layer facing inward, and the paper strips are tightly moistened, packed in a metal box, and sealed with adhesive tape. 7.4 This type of film is packed in wooden boxes or cartons in units of reels. The registered trademark is marked on the outside of the box. The product complies with the label number, Product name, model, specification, box number, and words or signs such as "Handle with care", "Protect from moisture and sunlight", etc. 8 Storage and transportation
8.1 Films must not be exposed to sunlight, rain, radiation, or severe vibration during transportation. 8.2 The storage of films must meet the following requirements: The temperature in the storage room must not exceed 13°C and the relative humidity must not exceed 65%. The films must remain in their original packaging and the film boxes must be stored flat. The film must be at least 15 cm above the ground and must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
