1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG2402-92
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for roof EPDM (combined) rubber waterproof sheet (referred to as waterproof sheet). This standard applies to waterproof sheets with EPDM rubber as the main material and no fabric-reinforced vulcanized rubber. It is used as waterproof material for roofs or underground projects that are resistant to sunlight and corrosion.

3.3 Appearance quality requirements for waterproof sheets
3.3.1 The surface of the waterproof sheet should be flat and the edges should be neat. HG2402—92

4.3.1 Sample Preparation
Take qualified rolls according to 5.5, select 1 roll from each batch, cut 1.8m test samples and indicate the end position of the sample roll. Then cut off 300mm from the end to obtain the sample for measuring thickness and physical properties. 4.3.2 Test conditions of the sample
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T2941.
4.3.3 Determination of thickness
The selection of thickness measurement shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1. Take 4 points (a, b, c, d) within 20mm at both ends of the longitudinal direction and 200mm at both ends of the transverse direction of the sample, and then take points (e, fg, i, h) at the four equal parts of ab and cd, for a total of 10 thickness measurement points. The measurement results are expressed as the average value of 10 points.

4.3.4 Determination of physical properties
4.3.4.1 Use the sample in 4.3.1, and after measuring the thickness, cut out three specimens I, II, II and III according to the positions shown in Figure 2. Each specimen should also be marked with the word "up" to indicate the direction.

4.3.4.4 The determination of tensile strength and elongation at break of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB-528. Note: The thickness of the sample is the thickness measured in 4.3.3.4.5 The tear strength (right angle sample) test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T529. 4.3.4.6 The hot air aging test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3512. 4.3.4.7
The ozone aging test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB7762. The alkali resistance test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1690. The water-impermeability test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB328. The brittle temperature test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1682.4.3.4.11
Number of samples
The high and low temperature tensile strength and low temperature breaking elongation test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with GB528. The precooling or preheating time of the sample is 1h,
4.3.4.12 The high and low temperature tear strength (right angle sample) test of waterproof sheet shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T529. The precooling or preheating time of the sample is 1h,
The heating expansion test of waterproof sheet is shown in Appendix A (Supplement). The adhesion test of waterproof sheet is shown in Appendix B (Supplement)4.3.4.14
The thermal aging test of waterproof sheet is shown in Appendix C (Supplement). 4.3.4.15
5 Inspection rules
The waterproof sheet is batched in 3000m.
5.2 The waterproof sheet shall be inspected batch by batch in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 and 3.3. 5.3 Factory inspection of waterproof sheets. Choose one specification from each batch of products for physical property test. a.
Each batch shall be tested according to the provisions of 1 to 3 in Table 3. HG2402-92
b. Items 4 to 9 in Table 3 shall be tested once every six months. 5.4 Type inspection of waterproof sheets shall be carried out according to the provisions of 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 (comprehensive inspection). 5.5 Sampling
Randomly select 3 rolls from a batch, first inspect according to 3.1 and 3.3, then randomly select qualified rolls and test them according to the sampling method of 4.3.4 and the items listed in 3.2.
5.6 Judgment rules
5.6.1 For the items specified in 3.1 and 3.3, all 3 rolls meet the corresponding requirements at the same time, and the batch can be judged as first-class products; for qualified products, if two items in each roll are unqualified, it is an unqualified roll. If there are 2 or more unqualified rolls, the batch is judged as unqualified. If there are 2 or more qualified rolls, and the performance of 3.2 meets the requirements, the batch is qualified. 5.6.2 For the physical properties in 5.3 and 5.4, first-class products should all meet the corresponding requirements at the same time, and re-testing is not allowed; for qualified products, if one item is unqualified, double samples should be taken for re-testing of the unqualified items. If the re-test results are still unqualified, the batch is unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
Waterproof sheets are packed in rolls with paper cores or other core types, and are tightly rolled with moisture-proof paper. 6.2
Each package should have the following markings:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and trademark;
Batch number and production date;
Product specifications;
Standard number:
Inspection pass stamp
6.3 Waterproof sheets should be stored in a warehouse at -15~35℃. 6.4 During the storage and transportation of waterproof sheets, care should be taken not to damage the packaging, and the sheets should be placed in a ventilated and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and prohibited from contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents. When stacking, they should be padded with flat wooden boards, 20cm above the ground. 6.5 Under the above conditions, the performance of waterproof sheets should comply with the provisions of this standard within a storage period of no more than 1 year from the date of manufacture. Test for Heating and Expanding Volume of Waterproof Sheet
(Supplement)
A1.1 The scale accuracy of measuring expansion and contraction shall not be less than 0.5mm. A1.2 Aging Test Chamber.
A2 Test Conditions
The storage time of the sample and the test temperature shall meet the following requirements: A2.1 The time from sample preparation to test is 24h. A2.2 The test chamber temperature is controlled within the range of 23±2℃. A3 Test Procedure
The sample is placed in an aging chamber at 80±2℃ according to the specifications and dimensions of Figure A1; the time is 168h, the sample is taken out and stored for 1h, the length of the sample is measured with a measuring tool, and the expansion and contraction is calculated based on the initial length. According to the longitudinal and transverse directions, the average value of three specimens is used to represent the expansion and contraction.
Note: If the specimen is bent, it is necessary to apply an appropriate weight to flatten it. Measuring block

B1.2 The holder of the specimen shall be able to pull the spacing between the specimen markings to 140mm. B2 Test conditions
The temperature of the test room shall be controlled within the range of 23±2. B3 Preparation
Adhesive and bonding method According to the requirements of the manufacturer, two specimens are bonded with an overlap of 100mm in the calendering direction. The parking time is 168h.
Figure B1 shows a specimen marked with a reference line and a marking line. B4 Sample treatment
B4.1 Heating treatment
Put the sample prepared in B3 into an aging box at a temperature of 80±2C for 168h. Take out the sample and leave it for 4h. B4.2 Alkali treatment
Put the sample prepared in B3 into a 10% calcium hydroxide solution and soak it for 168h. Leave it for 4h after soaking. B5 Test procedure
Clamp the sample with an overlap length of 100mm along the marking line with a clamp, stretch the overlap part from 100mm to 140mm, and leave it for 24h. Then remove the sample and leave it for 1h. Then measure the deviation of the end of the overlap part of the sample from the reference line and the disengagement length. B6 Judgment

C1.2 The sample holder should be able to stretch the sample to 100% elongation between marking lines. C2 Test conditions
The test room temperature is controlled within the range of 23±2℃, C3 Test procedure
Clamp the sample with the sample fixture and stretch it to 100% elongation and fix it. The parking time is 24h. Then put the sample and the fixture into the aging chamber with a temperature of 80±2℃ for 168h. Take out the sample and the fixture together. The parking time is 4h. Observe whether the sample has cracks.
C4 judgment
Observe the sample surface with a 4-7 times magnifying glass. All samples are qualified if there is no crack. Additional instructions:

C1.2 The sample holder should be able to stretch the sample between the marking lines to 100% elongation. C2 Test conditions
The test room temperature is controlled within the range of 23±2℃, C3 Test procedures
Use the sample fixture to clamp the sample and stretch it to 100% elongation. The parking time is 24h. Then put the sample and the fixture into the aging box with a temperature of 80±2℃ for 168h. Take out the sample and the fixture together. The parking time is 4h. Observe whether the sample has cracks,
C4 Judgment
Use a 4-7 times magnifying glass to observe the sample surface. All samples are qualified if there is no crack. Additional instructions:
