This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, identification items and identification rules for the use identification of dangerous goods packaging for water transport. This standard applies to the use identification of dangerous goods packaging for water transport except for Class 2, Class 7 and Item 6.2 of Class 6 in Chapter 4 of GB19270.1-2003. This standard does not apply to pressure receptacles, packages with a net weight greater than 400kg, and packages with a volume greater than 450L. The 4th, 5th and 6th clauses of this standard are mandatory clauses. The rest are recommended clauses. This standard is one of the six complete specifications for the inspection of dangerous goods packaging. It is in line with the safety regulations for dangerous goods packaging in water transport. This standard is not as consistent as the United Nations "Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods" (2002) and the International Maritime Code for Cargo Transport (21st edition). Its technical content related to packaging is completely consistent with the above regulations and rules. The standard text format is GE/1=.2000. The supplementary standard specifies the requirements for the packaging of hazardous goods for road transport, sampling, identification and certification. The standard is applicable to the packaging of hazardous goods for water transport other than Class 7 and Class 6, Item 6.2.

4. 1: General requirements 1.1 Appearance of packaging The packaging should be clear and in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB19270.1-3. 4.1.9 The cargo shall not be mixed at the container end or between the inner and outer containers. 4.1.15 The dangerous cargo and the containers to be checked shall not have any impact on the semi-permeable and dangerous chemical reactions. 4.1.11 The radiation material shall not contain any dangerous chemicals with the dangerous cargo. 4.2 Special requirements
4.21 Requirements for general containers
4.2.1.1 The size of the container should be tightly matched and equipped with appropriate seals. The tightness of the container should meet the requirements of special tightness

If it is double-layered, the holes can be separated according to this. 4.2.3.4 When the bag is fully sealed, no holes are allowed to exist unless there is air in the bag or adhesive. If it is not effective, the bag should be layered and bonded. 4.2.4 Requirements for combination design

7 Inspection rules
7.1 The manufacturer of dangerous goods packaging should ensure that the dangerous goods packaging used for transportation meets the requirements of the transportation standards and the customs inspection department shall conduct appraisal according to this standard. The user of dangerous goods has the right to read the provisions of the dangerous goods certification and select the packaging of the dangerous goods for sale for inspection:
7.? : The packages of dangerous goods transported by water shall be batched, and the order quantity shall be considered as one batch, but the maximum batch shall not exceed the maximum batch specified in 5.1. 7.3 The validity period of the use inspection report shall be calculated from the date of delivery of the dangerous goods. The validity period of the use inspection report of the packages containing Class 8 dangerous substances and corrosive substances shall not exceed 6 months, and the validity period of the use inspection report of other dangerous goods shall not exceed 1 year, but this validity period shall not exceed the validity period of the performance test report. 7.4 The test rules show that if all items are qualified, the batch of dangerous goods packages transported by water shall be unqualified. After the above items are qualified, the use inspection report shall be issued. Please refer to Appendix C for inspection. 7.5 Disqualified penalties: After the qualified packaging is returned to the original state or other qualified packaging is removed, it shall be submitted for inspection again, and its strictness remains unchanged. 7.E For the unqualified packaging, it is not allowed to be delivered for transportation.
