This standard corresponds to the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" and the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Test and Criteria Manual", and the degree of consistency is not equivalent. Its relevant technical content is completely consistent with the above manuals, and the standard text format has been edited according to GB/T1.1-2000.
