surface drop test: place the specimen on a concrete floor, lift one of the bottom connections to the specified height and width, then drop freely (see Appendix Figure 1 of the standard energy saving test). For each surface drop test, raise one of the bottom connections on the surface of the specimen by 10m--1=cm and lift the bottom of the opposite side to a sufficient drop height so that it can fall freely (see Appendix B (standard energy saving test) Figure 2). For each surface drop test, the number of drops is several times, and one corner drop test: raise the two adjacent corners of the specimen by about 1)n and 25r:L respectively, then raise the bottom corner opposite to the corner with a raised height of 251n to the predetermined drop distance, then let it fall freely (see Appendix (standard time record) Figure TS), and drop the four corners of the bottom of the specimen twice in turn.
·Test pass criteria: If the sample is not damaged and the contents are not damaged, the sample box is qualified; if there is one sample box that is unqualified, the test is judged to be unqualified.
5-2.2.2.3 Lifting test
The packaged items with a quantity greater than 5 are subjected to a coin test. a) Inspection method
Place the packaged items in a certain lifting space. The clamping angle between the steel wire and the package is 45°--50°. Use the lifting device to lift the packaged items to a certain height of about 1.5m, and then use emergency lifting and braking methods. The reverse gear is lowered, and the right run is 5 minutes: then it is lowered to the ground at normal speed (see Table 6 Appendix B (Standard Approx. Appendix) Figure B4, and the test is repeated 3-5 times. Table 6 Passenger connection
