4 Technical requirements

5.3. The test parts are installed after washing and heating. 5.3.2 Adjust the wear of the two ends of the shaft on the test stand to within the range of C.18~0.1(m11). When measuring, install the shaft on the shaft frame. Use an elastic spring to push the shaft from the lower end upward. Measure one end first and then the other end. 5.3.3 Place the standard test piece in the shaft housing on the test stand (see Figure 4). 5.4 Flywheel assembly and rotation station
5.4.1 Clean and dry the parts, assemble and adjust them in reverse order. 5.5.2 Install the inner three-speed rear axle of the adjustment milk on the testing machine, fix the axle frame, apply a force of 1200N in the middle of the axle shell (see Figure 7), and rotate 4CG50 revolutions at a speed of 25Cr/min. After the string test, check the axle block and the dynamic gear, and check the durability of the right charm grab.
5.5.3 During the test, the steel ball (ball rack) and the dog slide shall not be replaced one by one. 5. 5.7 Lifting test

Use the shaft housing and the wheel assembly to test. Hold the ball on the selected shaft and apply a force of 5.V at 35cm of the shaft (see Figure 1): Check the shaft and the left wheel assembly. 5.9 Hardness test
5.9.1 Place the parts on a special plate and measure the hardness of each part at the last three points. The average value is the hardness value.

7.1 Packaging
