t--Nominal wall thickness of pipe, mm;
D--Nominal outer diameter of pipe, mm;
(l +e)t
Constant, its value is 0.07 for TA0 and TA1; 0.06 for TA2 and TA9; 0.04 for TA10 when the outer diameter is not greater than 25mm; 0.06 when the outer diameter is greater than 25mm.2 The direction of the pressure fan of the welded pipe and the position of the weld are shown in the figure. 4.4.1.2

4.4.2 Water (gas) pressure test
4.4.2.1When the purchaser requires and specifies in the contract, the pipe can be subjected to water or gas pressure test. The selected test method and the selected water test pressure shall be specified in the contract. If not specified in the contract, the supplier may not conduct the test, but must ensure that it meets the minimum water pressure or air pressure test requirements in 4.4.2.2.
4.4.2.2 The pressure P value of the water pressure test shall be calculated according to formula (2); or the supplier and the buyer may negotiate and select 1.5 times of 5MPa as the pressure or other pressures.
Where: P test pressure, MPa,
nominal wall thickness of pipe, mm;
D/2- 0. 4t
allowable stress, for TA0, TA1, TA2, TA9, its value is 50% of the minimum specified residual elongation stress of the grade, for TA10, its value is 40% of the minimum tensile strength, MPa; 1)... nominal outer diameter of pipe. mm;
GB/T3624-1995
E is a constant, 0.85 for welded pipe and welded-rolled pipe, and 1.0 for seamless pipe. During the test, the pressure is maintained for 5s, and the pipe should not be deformed or leak. For pipes with an outer diameter of no more than 76mm, the maximum pressure of the water pressure test should not be greater than 17.2MPa; for pipes with an outer diameter greater than 76mm, the maximum pressure of the water pressure test should not be greater than 19.3MPa4.4.2.3 The pressure of the internal air pressure test of the pipe is 0.7MPa, and the pressure is maintained for 5s during the test.
