3 Supplementary provisions on tests
3.1 In addition to the corresponding provisions of Chapter 3 of the General Specification, this standard also supplements the provisions of Articles 3.2 to 3.4 for the tests on sockets required by this standard.
3.2 Structural firmness
3.2.1 Requirement
The riveted parts of the upper and lower bases of the socket should be able to withstand the specified axial tensile static load for 1 minute; after the test, there should be no loosening.
3.2.2 Test method
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5095, 5 "Test b". During the test, the socket shall be welded and fixed on the printed circuit board, and the force shall be applied through the clamp fastened to the base of the socket. 3.3 Starting discharge voltage
3.3.1 Requirement: The starting discharge voltage of the socket between the specified contact and the ground terminal shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.
Electric voltage
SJ3163--88
Before test (kVpe)
11.5~14.5
After test (kVpc)
3.3.2 Test method: Use a discharge device to apply a DC voltage between the specified contact and the ground terminal. The contact is connected to the positive pole and the ground terminal is connected to the negative pole. The voltage is gradually increased until the discharge is completed. The voltage indication accuracy of the discharge device is 15%, and the discharge current is 1mA. The environmental conditions for the discharge test are: temperature 20±5℃, relative humidity 45%~75%.
3.4 Discharge durability
3.4.1 Requirements: The socket is subjected to a discharge test of 5000 times between the specified contact and the ground terminal at the specified upper limit of the starting discharge voltage. After the test, there should be no mechanical damage, and the starting discharge voltage range should comply with Table 2. 3.4.2 Test method: Test on a discharge durability test device that complies with the circuit principle of Figure 3. The contact is connected to the positive pole and the ground terminal is connected to the negative pole. Discharge once about 1 second, and the discharge current should be 1mA. R
