4.4After the cotton bales wrapped in cotton cloth are tied, the seams of the bale heads shall be sewn tightly with cotton string, and the stitch length shall not exceed 25mm. 4.5When cutting and sampling during the bale making process, the cut opening shall be sewn tightly with the same cotton cloth, and it is allowed to cover the cut opening with other materials that do not pollute the cotton and do not produce foreign fibers.
4.6 Cotton bales shall not have exposed cotton (except for the air permeable pores of plastic packaging bags), damaged packaging or contamination when leaving the factory. 4.7 The bale ropes of cotton bales shall be arranged evenly and parallel to each other, and the bale rope knots shall be firm and reliable. The knots shall be smooth and not easy to scratch other contact objects. 5: Cotton bale marking
5.1 Cotton bale marking for batch inspection
5.1.1 For cotton bales wrapped in cotton cloth, black markings shall be used on both ends of the cotton bales, including: cotton origin (province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government and county), cotton processing unit, cotton quality mark, batch number, bale number, gross weight, foreign fiber content code, production date 5.1.2 Cotton bales packed by plastic wrapping method shall be labeled with self-adhesive or other methods at both ends of the cotton bales, and the content of the labels shall be in accordance with 5.1.1.
5.1.3 Cotton quality marking shall comply with the provisions of GB1103. 5.1.4 It is allowed to mark the placement direction, trademark and other information on the surface of the plastic packaging bag without affecting the cotton bale mark. 5.2 Marking of cotton bales for bale-by-bale inspection
5.2.1 Use barcodes as cotton bale marks. bzxZ.net
5.2.2 For cotton bales wrapped in cotton cloth, the two ends of the cotton bales shall be clearly marked in black: cotton origin (province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government and county), cotton processing unit, bale number (processing flow number, no duplication), gross weight, foreign fiber content code, production date. 5.2.3 Cotton bales packaged by plastic wrapping method shall be fixed with barcodes at both ends of the cotton bales as marks. 5.2.4 Barcodes for cotton bales wrapped in cotton cloth shall be fixed at both ends of the cotton bales. 6 Test method
6.1 External dimensions
From the cotton bales that have been processed and stored for 24 hours, take one bale out of every 20 bales (if less than 20 bales are counted as 20 bales) and measure the size of the cotton bales. Measuring method: Place the cotton bale to be measured on a flat surface, use two squares to lightly lean against the symmetrical surfaces of the cotton bale, and measure the corresponding cotton bale size: the measuring position is the two ends and the middle of each corresponding surface of the cotton bale, and the maximum value is taken. Then take the average value of the length, width and height as the actual measured value of the cotton bale size.
