5.1 This product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all indicators of the products shipped meet the requirements of this standard and attach a quality certificate in a fixed format.
5.2 Product sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6680. Use a clean and dry corrugated glass sampling tube to take out a uniform sample from each barrel, with a total volume of not less than 1000mL, collect it in a clean and dry ground-mouth bottle, mix it, and put it in two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles respectively. One bottle is inspected, and the other bottle is sealed and kept for inspection. Label the bottle with the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, specification, sampling date, and sampler. 5.3 If one of the indicators in the inspection results meets the requirements of this standard, it should be re-sampled from twice the amount of packaging containers for re-inspection. If the results are still unqualified, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.4 The receiving unit has the right to accept the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard (valid for three months from the date of leaving the factory). 5.5 Evaporation residue is a quality assurance indicator. During normal production, the manufacturer will conduct a random inspection once every half month. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking The packaging container should be painted with a solid mark indicating the manufacturer's name, batch number, product name, gross weight, net weight, production date, standard number and the "flammable liquid" mark in GB190. 6.2 Packaging The product should be packed in a clean, dry and firm iron barrel. The barrel mouth should be sealed with a sealing ring. The net weight of each barrel is 160kg. 6.3 Transportation Transportation and loading and unloading must be carried out in accordance with the regulations on the transportation of dangerous goods. Pat and place gently to avoid damage and accidents. 6.4 Storage Butyl acetate should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Additional remarks:
