Change the delivery method of the original standard from "delivery after rough grinding" to "delivery after rough or rough grinding or rough processing" Change the "final heat treatment is normalizing and tempering" in the heat treatment item of the original standard to "its performance heat treatment is normalizing and tempering" Remove the Axu value from the mechanical property requirements in Table 2 of the original standard, and remove the notes in the table at the same time, and unify the hardness value to ≥221HBS: Change the surface quality requirements of the original standard from "casting surface roughness should meet the requirements of flaw detection" to "casting surface roughness R≤50μm. The surface roughness of the surface to be inspected should meet the requirements of flaw detection: Change the contents of 4.4.3.2 and 5.4.3 of the original standard to "In principle, the blade profile should be inspected using a theodolite or a three-coordinate measuring instrument. If the conditions are not met, a sample can also be used for inspection. The inspection section and requirements shall be carried out according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. "; - Added the normative appendix "Supplementary requirements for mechanical properties" (see Appendix A): The overall arrangement and structure of the standard were modified according to GB/T1.1--2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Writing Rules of Standards".
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.

For the retest of impact test, three specimens shall be prepared. The value of each retested specimen shall be equal to or exceed the specified minimum average value. Otherwise, the casting represented by it and the test block shall be reheat treated. The number of reheat treatments of castings and test blocks shall not exceed two times (stress relief heat treatment is not counted). If the test results are still unqualified, the batch of castings shall be scrapped.
5.3 Nondestructive testing
5.3.1 Magnetic particle testing or coloring testing
The magnetic particle testing of casting surface shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9444. Color inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9443. 5.3.2 Ultrasonic inspection
Ultrasonic inspection of castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7233. 6 Quality certificate
At the time of delivery, the supplier must provide the purchaser with a quality certificate, which shall include the following contents:a)
