JB/T10441 "Corrugated insulation paper for electrical use" is divided into three parts: Part 1: Definitions and general requirements:
Part 2: Test methods;
-Part 3: Technical requirements.
This part is Part 3 of JB/T10441. This part is modified to adopt IEC60554-3-3 "Specification for fiber paper for electrical use Part 3: Specification for single material Part 3: Crepe paper" (English version). The relevant technical differences have been incorporated into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margin of the clauses they involve. The main differences between this part and IEC60554-3-3 are as follows: 1. The foreword of IEC60554-3-3 has been deleted, and the content of its introduction related to the standard structure has been incorporated into the foreword of this part; a chapter "Normative references" has been added; 1. Performance requirements such as oil absorption height, electrical strength, and contamination of insulating liquids have been added; 1. The method of describing requirements in Chapter 3 has been incorporated into the definitions and codes of Part 1; 1. The specific content of the requirements in Chapter 2 has been added; chapters on inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, and storage period have been added. This part was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. Drafting unit of this part: Guilin Electrical Science Research Institute. Main drafters of this part: Li Bingsong and Yan Xuemei. This part is formulated for the first time.

This part of JB/T10441 specifies the base material for manufacturing crepe insulating paper for electrical use and the name, code, test method, requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of crepe paper products. The manufacture of crepe insulating paper for electrical use can be divided into one-step process and two-step process. One-step crepe paper is crepe paper made with undried flat mesh base paper as the intermediate process. The fiber used and the process for preparing paper should comply with the requirements of EC60554-3-1 "General purpose electrical paper": Two-step crepe paper is crepe paper made by the crepe process in accordance with IEC60554-3-1 "General purpose electrical paper". Electrical crepe paper is mainly used for insulation of oil-immersed transformers, reactors and transformers. 2 Normative references

3 Code
When producing or ordering corrugated paper for electrical use, the code should be compiled according to the requirements of the model, name and code specified in JB/T10441.1. The manufacturer can produce and inspect the product performance according to the code requirements. The ordering party can also accept the product performance according to the code requirements. 4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance
It should comply with the provisions of JB/T10441.1.
4.2 Paper roll size
Width: 500mm±5mm, 625mm±5mm are recommended, or as required by the user. Length: Roll diameter 500mm～650mm or as required by the user. No more than four sections per roll, each section shall be no less than 15m long, and the section head shall be marked.
Roll core diameter: 76mm±2mm or as required by the user. 4.3 Performance

Products are produced in batches of 2 tons. For each batch, a sample of several meters of full width is taken from three randomly selected rolls, and a sample is cut from one sample. The other two samples are reserved. Each batch should be inspected for factory inspection, and the items are appearance, number of sections and items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 11 in Table 1.
6 Test method
6.1 Appearance
Perform according to JB/T10441.2.
6.2 Measure the outer diameter of the roll, the inner diameter of the core and the length of each section with a steel ruler.
6.3 Performance requirements in Table 1
Perform according to the provisions of JB/T10441.2.
Packaging, marking, purchase, storage and transportation
Should comply with the requirements of JB/T10441.1.
8 Storage period
The product shall be stored at room temperature in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 7, and the storage period is 12 months. 2
