This part is Part 3 of JB/T10441. This part is modified to adopt IEC60554-3-3 "Specification for fiber paper for electrical use Part 3: Specification for single material Part 3: Crepe paper" (English version). The relevant technical differences have been incorporated into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margin of the clauses they involve. The main differences between this part and IEC60554-3-3 are as follows: 1. The foreword of IEC60554-3-3 has been deleted, and the content of its introduction related to the standard structure has been incorporated into the foreword of this part; a chapter "Normative references" has been added; 1. This part is formulated for the first time. 1 Scope Crepeated insulating paper for electrical use Part 3: Technical requirements JB/r10441.3--2004bzxz.net This part of JB/T10441 specifies the base material for manufacturing crepe insulating paper for electrical use and the name, code, test method, requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of crepe paper products. The manufacture of crepe insulating paper for electrical use can be divided into one-step process and two-step process. One-step crepe paper is crepe paper made with undried flat mesh base paper as the intermediate process. The fiber used and the process for preparing paper should comply with the requirements of EC60554-3-1 "General purpose electrical paper": Two-step crepe paper is crepe paper made by the crepe process in accordance with IEC60554-3-1 "General purpose electrical paper". The manufacturer can produce and inspect the product performance according to the code requirements. The ordering party can also accept the product performance according to the code requirements. 4 Requirements 4.1 Appearance It should comply with the provisions of JB/T10441.1. 4.2 Paper roll size Width: 500mm±5mm, 625mm±5mm are recommended, or as required by the user.
