This standard specifies the classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sieve residue measuring instruments. This standard is applicable to sieve residue measuring instruments for measuring the sieve residue of materials and body pigments dispersed in water or other powders or granules insoluble in water.

5 Requirements
HG/T 3138—1998
5.1 The screen residue measuring instrument shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 Working environment
5.2.1 Ambient temperature: 5℃~40C.
5.2.2 Relative humidity: ≤80%.
5.3 Screen

5.5The filtered water is used as the flushing liquid, and the water pressure is 0.3MPa--0.5MPa. The water flow rate is 5I./min, and the longest duration does not exceed 10min.
5. 6 Water storage
The volume of the water storage should be no less than 80L, and the water tank should be tested for water pressure at 0.625MPa. 5.7 Insulation resistance
When the ambient temperature is 5°C-40°C and the relative humidity is ≤30%, the insulation resistance between the power supply input terminal and the ground terminal of the instrument should be greater than 20 mN.
5.8 Dielectric strength
When the ambient temperature is 5°C-40°C and the relative humidity is ≤80%, the insulation strength test between the power supply input terminal and the instrument casing can withstand a 50Hz sinusoidal voltage of 1000V for 1 minute, without any puncture or flying phenomenon. 5.9 Appearance

6.1 The environmental conditions during the test should meet the requirements of 5.2. 6.2 Screen size: Use a micrometer with a graduation value of 0.02mm to measure the diameter of the mesh wire, which should meet the requirements of 5.3. 6.3 The diameter of the water spray hole

6.6 Insulation resistance

Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the resistance between the power supply line terminal and the ground terminal of the device, which should meet the requirements of 5. 6.7 Insulation voltage
Apply test voltage between the power supply line terminal and the instrument housing ground terminal. During the test, the test voltage should be slowly raised to 1000V and maintained for 1 minute. Observe for breakdown or arcing, then slowly reduce to zero value and cut off the power supply. It should meet the requirements of 5.8. 6.8 Appearance

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Each instrument must be manufactured and inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard, and be accompanied by a product factory certificate. 7.2 Instrument inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 The inspection items are carried out according to 5.1.5.3,5.4,5.6 and 5.9. 7.2.2 Type inspection
7.2.2.1 The instrument shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) When the instrument's design, process, components and materials have been greatly improved; b) During batch production, a type inspection shall be carried out every three years; d) During trial production and adjustment of new products.
7.2.2.2 Type inspection items include all technical requirements in addition to factory inspection items. 7.2.2.3 Type inspection Three or one thousand units shall be selected from the products of factory inspection for inspection. If there are unqualified items in the inspection results, the inspection shall be repeated and the unqualified items shall be inspected on a month or a day. If there are still unqualified items on a day, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

82 Packaging
82.1 The product should be fixed on the bottom plate of the packaging water tank with screws and covered with a plastic bag. 8.2.2 The accessories should be fixed on the instrument with foam. 8.2.3 Random documents include:

b) Instruction manual;
c) Packing list.
8.2.4 The outer packaging should comply with the provisions of (B/T13384. 8.3 Transportation and storage
The transportation should be rainproof and moisture-proof.
The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and corrosion-free place.
