Some standard content:
HG/T 3138--1998 This standard adopts the international standard ISO787/18-1983 "Determination of sieve residue of raw materials--Mechanical flushing method". The main parameters of the technical conditions of the sieve residue measuring instrument adopt the technical requirements of 6.1 mechanical flushing device in GR5211.14-86 "Determination of sieve residue of pigments--Mechanical flushing method". It provides advanced testing methods to improve the testing accuracy of my country's coatings and pigments industry, get closer to international standards, and conduct international technical exchanges. This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Chemical Special Instruments and Meters of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The drafting unit of this standard is Guangxi Wuzhou Xinhua Battery (Group) Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Zhao Shaosheng, He Jijian, 785 1 Scope Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical conditions of JX type techoicul conditiuns of the sieve remains tester menyural instrumentHG/T 3138--1998 This standard specifies the classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sieve residue measuring instruments. This standard is applicable to sieve residue measuring instruments for measuring the sieve residue of materials and body pigments dispersed in water or other powders or granules insoluble in water. 2 Cited standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the text of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and the parties using this standard should discuss the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. Table 2 5.4 Water spray hole Aperture 1 mm±(3. 2 mm Sieve size deviation Mesh wire diameter Mesh wire diameter adjustment 5.5The filtered water is used as the flushing liquid, and the water pressure is 0.3MPa--0.5MPa. The water flow rate is 5I./min, and the longest duration does not exceed 10min. 5. 6 Water storage The volume of the water storage should be no less than 80L, and the water tank should be tested for water pressure at 0.625MPa. 5.7 Insulation resistance When the ambient temperature is 5°C-40°C and the relative humidity is ≤30%, the insulation resistance between the power supply input terminal and the ground terminal of the instrument should be greater than 20 mN. 5.8 Dielectric strength When the ambient temperature is 5°C-40°C and the relative humidity is ≤80%, the insulation strength test between the power supply input terminal and the instrument casing can withstand a 50Hz sinusoidal voltage of 1000V for 1 minute, without any puncture or flying phenomenon. 5.9 Appearance The surface coating of the instrument and parts should be smooth and intact, without defects such as peeling and scratching, and the fasteners should not be loose. 6 Test method bzxz.net 6.1 The environmental conditions during the test should meet the requirements of 5.2. 6.2 Screen size: Use a micrometer with a graduation value of 0.02mm to measure the diameter of the mesh wire, which should meet the requirements of 5.3. 6.3 The diameter of the water spray hole is measured with a stop plug gauge, which should meet the requirements of 5.4. 6.4 Water pressure is measured with a precision 2.5 level 1.0MPa pressure gauge. Water flow measurement: Under normal working conditions, use a precision 1 level flow meter to measure. Continuous flushing time: Under normal working conditions, turn on the drain valve and measure the time from the beginning to the end of the water discharge with a stopwatch, which should meet the requirements of 5.5. 6.5 Water storage tank capacity, pressure resistance 6.5.1 Water storage capacity Add water to the water tank to the overflow port, open the drain valve. Use a 5L measuring cylinder to measure, which should meet the requirements of 5.6. 6.5.2 Water storage pressure resistance: Add water to the water tank to the overflow port, close the overflow valve and drain valve, and then slowly increase the pressure to 0.625MPa, hold for 20 minutes, the tank body should have no leakage, deformation or abnormal sound. 787 6.6 Insulation resistance HE/T 3138--1998 Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the resistance between the power supply line terminal and the ground terminal of the device, which should meet the requirements of 5. 6.7 Insulation voltage Apply test voltage between the power supply line terminal and the instrument housing ground terminal. During the test, the test voltage should be slowly raised to 1000V and maintained for 1 minute. Observe for breakdown or arcing, then slowly reduce to zero value and cut off the power supply. It should meet the requirements of 5.8. 6.8 Appearance Visual inspection should meet the requirements of 5. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Each instrument must be manufactured and inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard, and be accompanied by a product factory certificate. 7.2 Instrument inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 The inspection items are carried out according to 5.1.5.3,5.4,5.6 and 5.9. 7.2.2 Type inspection 7.2.2.1 The instrument shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) When the instrument's design, process, components and materials have been greatly improved; b) During batch production, a type inspection shall be carried out every three years; d) During trial production and adjustment of new products. 7.2.2.2 Type inspection items include all technical requirements in addition to factory inspection items. 7.2.2.3 Type inspection Three or one thousand units shall be selected from the products of factory inspection for inspection.
