Technical requirements
General technical requirements for packaging of electromechanical products
The paper separator should comply with the provisions of the wood standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.1
3.2 The cutting line speed of the paper separator should meet the design requirements. 3.3 Cutting quality of paper separator
3.3.1 Cutting edges should be straight, smooth, without tearing, pulling and other defects. 3.3.2 The straightness error of cutting edges should not exceed 1.5mm over a length of 1000mm. 3.3.3 The diagonal error of cutting cardboard should not exceed 3mm over a length of 1000mm. 3.4 The upper and lower knife shafts, paper feeding shaft and transmission parts of the paper separator should be stable and flexible during operation, and the upper knife shaft should be flexible and reliable in up and down adjustment. The installation and adjustment of the knife seat and blade should be convenient and reliable.
3.5 The oil circuit of the lubrication system of the paper separator should be unobstructed to ensure normal lubrication. 3.6 The electrical control of the paper separator should be safe and reliable, the insulation resistance between the live parts and the metal shell of the machine body should not be less than 1MQ, and there should be good grounding protection measures, and the resistance between the main grounding terminal and any metal parts that may be live due to insulation damage should not exceed 0.1α. 3.7 The working noise of the paper separator should not exceed 80dB(A). 3.8 The purchased parts, outsourced parts and raw materials used for the paper-splitting machine should be qualified products. The circular runout error value of the working end face of the paper-splitting disc knife to the axis of the knife seat hole shall not exceed the value specified in the 8th grade tolerance in Table 4 of GB1184. 3.9
The heat treatment hardness of the blade is 56~62HRC, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R of the blade is not more than 1.6μm. 3.10 The parallelism error value of the upper and lower knife axes shall not exceed the value specified in the 8th grade tolerance in Table 3 of GB1184. Appearance quality of paper-splitting machine
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994
Implemented on October 1, 1995
JB/T754194
The paint layer on the non-processed surface should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and shall not have obvious defects such as dirt, flow marks, bubbles, and repair marks. 3.11.2 The surface treated parts should have uniform color and no blistering, delamination, spots, rust, etc. 3.11.3 The weld seam of welded parts should be flat; there should be no obvious depressions and protrusions. 3.12 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use rules of the product, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12 months from the date of installation by the user, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts). 4 Test method
4.1 Before the paper separator leaves the factory, each product must undergo an empty running test and a load test. 4.2 The empty running test of the paper separator shall have an operating time of no less than 30 minutes and shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4. 4.3 After the empty running test of the paper separator is passed, a load test for cutting corrugated cardboard shall be carried out. The test paper adopts the second type of single corrugated cardboard or double corrugated cardboard specified in GB6544. The cutting size is about 0.5 times the maximum allowable width. 4.4 Slitting quality measurement
4.4.1 When the slitting machine is running stably, continuously extract 5 samples of slitting corrugated cardboard (both opposite sides are cut) and measure the slitting quality of each item.
4.4.2 Straightness error measurement
Put the flat ruler (or edge ruler) in direct contact with the measured slitting edge, and make the maximum gap between the two minimum. The maximum gap at this time (measured with a feeler gauge) is the straightness error of the slitting edge, which should comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.2. 4.4.3 Diagonal error measurement
Use a steel ruler to measure the diagonal size of each sample. The difference is the diagonal error of the sample, which should comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.3. 4.5 Insulation resistance and ground resistance test
Use a megohmmeter with an accuracy of not less than Class 1 and a ground resistance meter (or multimeter) with an accuracy of not less than Class 1.5, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 13 of GB5226, and the results should comply with the provisions of Article 3.6. 4.6 Noise measurement
Testing instrument: Type I sound level meter specified in GB3785. 4.6.2 There should be no obstacles around the paper sorter, and the distance from the wall should be not less than 2000mm. 4.6. 3
Location of microphone measurement point: The height from the ground and the distance from the paper sorter are 1500mm and 1000mm respectively, and 4 measurement points are selected along the periphery of the paper sorter.
When measuring, the background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the paper sorter is not running) should be measured first, and its location is the same as the noise measurement location of the paper sorter. If the difference between the background noise sound pressure level and the noise sound pressure level when the paper sorter is in operation is less than 3dB(A), the measurement result is invalid. If the difference is less than 10dB(A) but greater than 3dB(A), the noise at each measuring point of the paper sorter is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1
Ln- LN
Noise sound pressure level when the paper sorter is in operation;
In the table: Lp——
Lip—-background noise sound pressure level;
△Lp—correction value to be subtracted from L.
The actual noise at each measuring point is calculated as follows: L, Le -- AL
Under load operation, after measuring the noise at each measuring point, take the highest value, which is the noise sound pressure level of the paper sorter. It should comply with the provisions of Article 3.74.6.52
.
5 Inspection rules
JB/T 754194
Each paper separator must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and related standards and technical documents, and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. 5.1
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Factory inspection
Each product should undergo factory inspection. The inspection items are: 3.3~3.6, 3.10.3.11, 5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance: when the normal production time is one year.
Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in this standard. Sampling rules and determination methods
5. 3. 3. 1
If the annual output is less than 50 units, one unit shall be sampled from any batch. For every additional 50 units of annual output, one unit shall be sampled from any batch. 5.3.3.2 If the type inspection meets all the requirements of this standard, the batch is qualified. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch is deemed to have failed the type inspection.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The paper separator shall be fixed with a label in a conspicuous position. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label shall indicate the following contents:
Product model and name;
Main technical parameters of the product;
Manufacture date and factory number:
Manufacturer name.
Paper separators should be packed in boxes before leaving the factory. The boxes should be solid and reliable and should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. The following technical documents should be included in the boxes: a.
Product certificate;
Product manual:
Packing list.
The shipping and transportation operation signs should be clearly marked on the box surface and should comply with the relevant provisions of GB6388 and GB191. 6.4
The paper separator should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. Under normal storage conditions, the product, spare parts, and random tools should not rust within six months from the date of leaving the factory. If it exceeds six months, it should be re-rust-proofed. Additional remarks:
