1 Overview
1.0.1. In order to facilitate ordering, material statistics and budget preparation, a comprehensive material table needs to be prepared. 1.0.2 The comprehensive material table is prepared according to three categories: (1) Pipeline materials;
(2) Bracket and metal structure materials:
(3) Insulation, sound insulation and anti-corrosion materials.
2 Pipeline material arrangement order
2.0.1 Pipe filling order: stainless steel → non-ferrous metal → alloy steel → carbon steel → cast iron → non-metal. When one material is arranged, arrange another material and start a new page. 2.0.2 Order of filling in valves: gate valve → stop valve → throttle valve → plug valve → ball valve → butterfly valve → check valve → plunger valve → diaphragm valve → angle valve → other valve types.
2.0.3 Order of filling in pipe fittings: elbow → reducer → tee → cross → joint (including pipe joint, half pipe joint, union joint) → branch pipe platform → plug → blind plate → other non-standard pipe fittings. 2.0.4 Order of filling in flanges: flat welding → butt welding → concave and convex surface → groove surface → welding ring → flange → blind plate → orifice flange, etc. 2.0.5 Gaskets and gasket materials:
Formed hot plate → non-formed gasket materials,
2.0.6 Others: bolts → nuts → instrument connectors → welding rods. 2.0.7 Special valves and special pipeline accessories: Special valves and special pipeline accessories are not counted in the comprehensive material table. Such as: safety valve, steam trap, pressure reducing valve...; filter, flame arrester, muffler, flow limiting orifice plate, etc. For these contents, please refer to the table of special valves and pipe accessories (HG20519.2192).
2.0.8 Arrangement of the same materials
First, arrange them according to the nominal pressure from small to large. The same pressure level is arranged according to the nominal diameter from small to large. The general material specifications are also arranged from small to large size. 130
3 Arrangement of other materials
3.0.1 Arrangement order of bracket and metal structure materials: I-beam—→channel steel—→angle steel—flat steel—round steel—→steel plate—fasteners—processed parts, etc. 3.0.2. Heat insulation, sound insulation and anti-corrosion materials are respectively shown in: Heat material table (HG20519.22-92) and anti-corrosion material table (HG 20519.23-92).
4.0.1 Weight of materials:
Unit weight should be calculated to two decimal places, and total weight should be calculated to one decimal place (precious metal materials should be calculated to three decimal places). After filling in each item of pipes, plates, steel, pipe fittings, etc., a subtotal of weight should be made. 4.0.2 Pipe accessories that may be commissioned to the construction unit for processing during construction should be counted as a complete set and do not need to be disassembled into raw materials. 4.0.3 The material quantity in the comprehensive material table should be increased by a coefficient: The quantity listed in the material table in the pipe section table or the axonometric drawing is the net quantity calculated based on the design drawings, which does not include the loss during on-site cutting and use, nor does it include the material missing due to poor design considerations (such as lack of high-point venting, low-point drainage, or design changes, etc.). Therefore, a certain amount of surplus should be added to the material quantity in the comprehensive material table. Here is a general surplus percentage for reference only, see Table 4.0.3. Appropriate adjustments can be made according to the complexity of the process and the size of the device.

4.0.4 Instrument connectors only take source components (the boundary position between pipeline and instrument professional design, depending on the specific situation). Count the number of sets by category and specification , arranged in "Pipeline Materials", and indicate the standard drawing number of the source component. 4.0.5 Instructions for filling in the table content:
4.0.5.1 Specifications: Write the concise representative specifications, such as pipe 114×4. 4.0.5.2 Material: Write the code. For example, write 20 for No. 20 steel. 4.0.5.3 Unit: The measurement unit of material quantity, such as m, m or kg, should all use the legal unit. The format of the comprehensive material table is shown in the example table.
