The maximum allowable defect is no more than (2+0.05S) mm in depth and no more than 4 mm in diameter. The distance between adjacent defects is no more than the maximum allowable defect size, and when the number exceeds 3, it should be considered as a dense defect. Dense defects should be reported as single pinch and air holes on the machined surface of the cooling pipe. Those with a size of no more than 1 mm will not be counted, and the total number of each end machined surface with a size greater than 1 mm shall not exceed 6. The cold shut depth is no more than 0.5 mm and shall not exceed 5 points per meter of length greater than 0.5 mm and less than 1.5 mm. 4.3 Dimensions and geometric tolerances 4.3.1 The limit deviation of the cooling pipe size shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Item Limit deviation +(1+0.05S) HG/T2385--92 4.3.2 The straightness deviation of the outer circle generatrix of the cooling pipe shall not exceed 2.4mm/m. 4.4 Mechanical properties The bending strength of the pipe ring shall be greater than 400MPa, L 4.5 Water jade test The cooling pipe shall be subjected to a water pressure test with a pressure of 2MPa, and the pressure holding time shall be 30s, and there shall be no leakage: the pipe with leakage during the pressure test shall not be repaired and shall be scrapped. 5 Test methods 5.1 Chemical composition analysis of cooling pipes According to the provisions of GB223, 5.2 Tensile test According to the provisions of GB977 5.3 The surface quality of cooling pipes Inspect by visual method, 5.4 The size of cooling pipes Measured by conventional measuring tools with corresponding accuracy. 5.5 The straightness deviation of the outer circle generatrix of the cooling pipe is measured with a ruler or a flat plate.bzxz.net 5.6 Water pressure test of cooling pipes Use a 1.5-level pressure gauge and test each pipe. 5.7 Pipe ring bending strength test Sampling should be carried out on cooling pipes with qualified surface quality. Sand mold centrifugal casting cooling pipe rings are in accordance with the provisions of GB3421, and continuous casting cooling pipe rings are in accordance with the provisions of GB3422. The bottom hardwood pad can be a cube with six flat sides. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The cooling pipes shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2 The cooling pipes shall be inspected and accepted in batches. Each batch shall consist of cooling pipes with the same nominal diameter, the same wall thickness, the same length, and the same chemical analysis results, or as agreed by the supplier and the buyer. 6.3 Sampling quantity 6.3.1 The size and shape and position tolerance, surface quality and water pressure test of the cooling pipes shall be carried out one by one. 6.3.2 Chemical composition analysis Two samples shall be taken per shift (within 8 hours). Chemical analysis must be carried out when the charge is changed. 6.3.3 Take at least one sample from each batch for mechanical property test. 6.4 The factory inspection items, inspection rate, inspection method and acceptance requirements of cooling pipes shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Inspection items Surface quality Dimensions and geometric tolerances Hydraulic pressure test Bending strength test of pipe ring 6.5 Re-inspection and judgment rules HG/T2385-92 Inspection rate% Inspection Test method 5.4;5.5 Acceptance requirements 6.5.1 If the chemical composition does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling can be taken from the cooling pipe body represented by the sample for re-testing. If the re-test result is still unqualified, the cooling pipe batch will be scrapped. 6.5.2 If the mechanical properties test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the pipe will be scrapped. Double samples should be taken from the same batch of cooling pipes for re-testing of this item. If the re-test result is still unqualified, the cooling pipe batch will be scrapped. 7 Marking, packaging and purchase and transportation 7.1 There is no marking on the cooling pipe body after leaving the factory. 7.2 The machined surfaces at both ends of each pipe should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with protective covers. The outer surface of the pipe is not coated when leaving the factory. 7.3 The cooling pipe is packaged in a frame or as required by agreement. 7.4 The gross weight of each package body shall not exceed 4t or be packaged as agreed. The external dimensions of the package body shall comply with the current transportation regulations. 7.5 Each package should be equipped with a lifting position, and pipes or studs should not be directly lifted. 7.6 Two labels should be attached to the obvious position of each package, and the following contents should be indicated on the labels: product name, nominal diameter and outer diameter; number of roots, gross weight and overall dimensions; manufacturing unit and name of the dispatching station; receiving unit and name of the destination station; This standard number: 1. Manufacturing date and production batch number 7.7 The following documents should be provided when the cooling pipe leaves the factory: Product certificate; Product quality certificate. 7.8 The product quality certificate should include the following contents: a.
