All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T2684--1981 Test methods for raw sand and mixtures for foundry GB/T7143-1986 Chemical analysis methods for silica sand for foundry GB/T9442-1998 Silica sand for foundry JB/T9156-1999 Test sieve for foundry 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Standard sand for foundry Standard sand for foundry is a specific specification of quartz sand suitable for testing the strength properties of foundry mold (core) binder 3.2 Acid consumption value The number of milliliters of 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution consumed to neutralize the alkaline substance in 50g soil and 0.01g sand. 4 Brand The brand of standard sand for casting is ZBS90-21-30, which means: ZBS--standard sand for casting (the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of casting, standard and sand) 90 Silicon dioxide classification code 21--Granularity grouping code 30--: Grain shape code 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Chemical composition The silicon dioxide content of standard sand for casting shall not be less than 90%. 5.2 Particle composition The particle composition of standard sand for casting shall comply with the provisions of Table 1: Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 24, 1999 558 2000-0101 implementation Basic size of sieve hole Residue 5.3 Mud contentWww.bzxZ.net 3.35~~0.600 JB/T9224---1999 The mud content of standard sand for casting shall not exceed 0.3%. 5.4 Water content The water content of standard sand for casting shall not exceed 0.3%. 5.5 Acid consumption value The acid consumption value of standard sand for casting shall not exceed 5.0.5.6 Angular factor 10.075 Chassis The particle morphology of standard sand for casting is expressed by the angular wind number, which shall not exceed 1.30.-Generally, it is not used as the basis for acceptance, and the code of the particle shape is indicated in the grade. 6 Test method 6.1 The determination of silicon dioxide content in standard sand for casting shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7143. 6.2 The determination of particle composition, mud content and water content of standard sand for casting shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2684, among which the test sieve adopts 113/T91566.3 The determination of the angular coefficient of standard sand for casting shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix B "Determination method of angular factor of silica sand for casting" in GB/T9442--~1998. 6.4 The determination of the acid consumption value of standard sand for casting shall be carried out according to the method specified in Appendix A (Appendix of the standard). 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Standard sand for casting shall be inspected according to the technical requirements specified in Chapter 5. 7.2 Standard sand for casting shall be in batches of 100 bags (if less than 100 bags are counted as one batch). For each batch of samples, 1 kg shall be taken from any three bags, and then the three samples shall be mixed evenly, and then the sample shall be selected for analysis by the "four-point method". 7.3 The purchaser may conduct necessary spot checks based on the quality certificate. If there is any discrepancy, the purchaser may conduct a re-inspection with the supplier. 7.4 If there is still a dispute after the re-inspection, the relevant department may be requested to arbitrate. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of standard sand for casting must be moisture-proof and leak-proof. The net weight of each bag is 25 kg. 8.2 The packaging of standard sand for casting must indicate the product name, brand, weight, full name of the production unit, and be accompanied by a quality certificate 559 A1 Test instruments and reagents A1.1 Test instruments: a) Magnetic stirrer; h) 50ml acid and alkali burette; c) 50ml, pipette; d) 300ml. beaker; c) 320mm surface III; f) 250ml conical flask; g) Medium speed filter paper. A1.2 Reagents: a) 0.IN hydrochloric acid standard solution; b) 0.1N sodium hydroxide standard solution: () 0.1% bromothymol blue indicator. A2 Test method JB/T 9224--1999 Appendix A (Appendix to the subject matter) Determination of acid consumption of casting sand Weigh 50g soil and 0.01g sand sample, place in a 300ml beaker, add 50mL distilled water (pH=7), then use a pipette to add 50ml 0.1N hydrochloric acid standard solution, cover the beaker with surface blood, stir on a magnetic stirrer for 5min, and then let it stand for 1h. Filter the solution into a 250ml conical flask with medium-speed filter paper, and wash the sand sample 5 times with distilled water, 10ml each time. Add 31 drops of bromothymol blue indicator to the filtrate, titrate with 0.1N sodium hydroxide standard solution, and shake until the blue color remains for 30s as the end point. A3 Calculation of acid consumption value The test results are calculated according to formula (A1): Acid consumption value = (50Nl--VN)X10 Where: N* The calibration value of the equivalent concentration of the hydrochloric acid standard solution added, N; W drops of sodium hydroxide standard solution in milliliters, ml; N drops of sodium hydroxide standard solution in the calibration value of the equivalent concentration, N. 560 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
