The motor adopts Class E and Class B insulation. When the altitude and ambient air temperature meet the requirements of Article 4.3, the temperature rise limit (resistance method) of the motor stator winding is 75K for Class E insulation and 80K for Class B insulation. 5.1 The test methods of Article 6.2 (except the inter-band impulse withstand voltage test in item e) and Article 6.4 (except c, f, g, i, j, k) of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with GB9651. Article 6.The inter-turn impulse withstand voltage test of item e of Article 2 shall be carried out in accordance with JB/Z294. Item g of Article 6.4 shall be carried out in accordance with GB10069.1. 5.2 The leakage current of the motor shall be measured immediately after the temperature rise test and under the environmental condition of 20±5℃. The motor under test shall be operated at the rated load and 1.06 times the rated voltage. The measurement circuit is shown in Figure 2 to measure the leakage current between the power supply and the housing. The circuit for measuring the leakage current can also be used by inserting a fixed value resistor in series in the measurement loop, using a low-range high-resistance AC voltmeter to measure the voltage drop across the fixed value resistor, and then using Ohm's law to calculate the leakage current. When measuring the leakage current, the switch K shall be switched to different polarities of the power supply to measure its maximum leakage current value, and it shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12 of this standard.
5.3 The temperature rise measurement of the motor shall be carried out when it is installed in the whole range hood. When the motor reaches thermal stability, measure and calculate the temperature rise of the winding according to the provisions of GB9651.

The material of the nameplate and the engraving method of the data on the nameplate should ensure that the handwriting is not easily erased during the entire service period of the motor. The nameplate should be fixed in a conspicuous position on the motor. The nameplate should at least indicate the following items: a.

Capacitor capacitance and rated voltage
The color of the lead wire of the motor stator winding should be clearly different. It can also be distinguished by corresponding signs. The color or mark shall be in accordance with the specifications in Table 6.7.3

Anti-rust protection measures shall be taken for the motor shaft extension. 7.4
7.5The packaging of the motor shall be able to ensure that it will not be damp or damaged due to improper packaging within one year from the date of shipment under normal storage and transportation conditions.
The words and signs on the outer wall of the packing box should be clear and neat, and the contents are as follows: 7.6
Name of the shipping station and manufacturer;
Name of the receiving station and receiving unit;
Model and number of motors;
Net weight of the motor and gross weight of the box; Box size;
