5.6.2.1 Hose alloy plate: thickness ≤ 0.5mm, specification 60mm×40mm, flat surface without obvious bulge or crack. 5.6.2.2 Rubber pad: 240mm×140mm×4mm. 5.6.3 Instrument
5.6.3.1 Oven: 0~300℃, sensitivity ±2℃. 5.6.3.2 Wire rod: metal rod g (9±0.05)mm, length L170mm, length L of the stainless steel wire winding part is (100±0.50)mm, steel wire 0.38mm, closely wound and arranged, neatly without gaps. 5.6.3.3 Timing clock.
5.6.4 Test conditions
The test should be carried out at (140±2)℃. 5.6.5 Test steps
5.6.5.1 Adjust the temperature of the oven to (140±2)℃. 5.6.5.2 Use a glass rod to adjust the sample, take a small amount and drop it on the hose alloy plate with a rubber pad. Note that the ink film width is not more than 20mm and the length is not less than 30mm.
5.6.5.3 Immediately use a wire rod to scrape it evenly from top to bottom, and prepare 2 pieces at the same time. 5.6.5.4 Immediately put the prepared sample into the oven with constant temperature, and start the timing. Take it out and evaluate it after 5 minutes. 5.6.6 Test results
Touch the surface of the ink film with your finger. If it is not sticky, it is dry. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product batch: a unit product completed by a single machine or unit at one time is a batch. 6.2 The product shall be sampled according to the method of GB3186. The sample shall be divided into two parts, one sealed for reference and the other as a sample for inspection. 6.3 Determination of unqualified batches: Each batch of products shall be sampled and inspected according to GB3186. If one or more technical indicators are unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified.
6.4 The inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the products according to the standard and ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the technical indicators of this standard. The products shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 6.5 The consignee shall have the right to inspect the products according to the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified and the consignee shall have the right to return the products.
6.6 The supply and demand parties shall check and verify the packaging and quantity of the products. If the packaging is found to be leaking or the quantity is out of stock, the relevant departments shall be notified in a timely manner. Www.bzxZ.net
6.7 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 6.8 Inspection classification
6.8.1 The five quality indicators of color, tinting power, fineness, viscosity and dryness are factory inspection items. 6.8.2
Flexibility performance requirements are type inspection items. Type inspection should be carried out in the following situations. a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance, the type inspection cycle is once every three months after normal production; d.
When resuming production after long-term suspension.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 This product is flammable and should be packaged in sealed iron barrels in accordance with the regulations for packaging flammable products. 93

7.2 The iron drum and outer packaging box should be labeled or sprayed with trademarks, indicating the manufacturer's name, address, product name, model, standard number, weight, batch number, manufacturing date and the "flammable, do not invert" sign. 7.3 This product must not be stored in the open air. The warehouse must be dry and ventilated to prevent moisture and stay away from fire. 7.4 During transportation, it must be carried out in accordance with the regulations for flammable products. During transportation and handling, it must not be thrown, dropped or collided to prevent the packaging from breaking and causing fire. 7.5 This product is valid for one year from the date of manufacture.
