6) Regularly record (at least six times) the intake temperature, exhaust temperature, humidity, grain pressure temperature, crew, grain temperature out of the machine, ambient temperature, relative humidity and pressure, and calculate their average values; Measure the dust concentration in the operator's work space according to the provisions of 548 of the European Standard; Measure the noise in the operator's work environment according to the provisions of 9796, and calculate the fuel consumption and electricity consumption.
6.5.4 At the end of the test, record the end time (including dry shutdown time and discharge time), and take samples according to the requirements of 6.3.2 when discharging grain. 6.6 Calculation of test results
5. 6.1 The precipitation range is calculated according to formula (1); 4M = M, -M2
Formula: M
Precipitation range, %;
Average moisture content of machine feed, % (deep basis)
Average moisture content of machine heat output, % (wet basis); 6.6.2 Drying power is calculated according to formula (2):
PGAM!T
Where: P
T Drying capacity, 1·%/h;
Weight of machine feed (wet weight) during the test time, t; T test time, + drying time, h
4M Precipitation range, %.
6.6.3 Unit heat consumption, calculated according to formula (3): Q = FRIW
Where: 0
Unit heat consumption, kJ/kgHo:
Fuel consumption per hour, kg/h;
·[2]
—lower calorific value of fuel, kJ/kg,
FB/T10268-2001
—water content per hour, H,Oh.
W =G(M, -M,(100 - M2)
6.6.4 Drying unevenness, take the maximum value of the maximum difference of the three measurements in 6.3.2. 6.6.5 Breakage rate increment, take the difference of the average value of the breakage rate measured in 6.4.1. 6.6.6 Grain turning and cracking efficiency increment, take the difference of the average value of the cracking rate measured in 6.4.3. 6.6.5 Grain cracking efficiency increment, take the difference of the average value of the cracking rate measured in 6.4.4. 6.6.8 Small pot gluten quality change, take the difference of the average value of the small variable gluten quality measured in 6.4.1. 6.6.9 Seed development The rate change is calculated by taking the difference between the average germination rate of seeds determined in 6.4.1. 6.7 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents and shall be given in the form of diagrams and tables when necessary. 6.1.1 Preliminary information (test country, time, place and relevant instructions), 6.7.2 Explosion condition
a) Type:
b) Model:
Heating method:
d) Overall dimensions
e) Model, tentative fan disk and wind pressure of the fan: Number and power of the matching motor.
(.7.3 Test conditions and operating status
a) Environmental humidity, relative humidity and pressure; b) Test grain type;
e) olefin material type and low calorific value;
d) blasting machine capacity;
c) Inlet air temperature, non-air temperature, impact temperature, grain layer temperature, machine sugar and outlet grain hardness, 6.7.4 Test results and analysis.
