Hot pressing resistance
(150℃)
Take 5 skeins of acrylic bulked yarn weighed 2.00g (accurate to 0.001g) and treat them in 0.5g/L detergent JU solution at 40℃ for 15min at a bath ratio of 1:50, then take them out, wash them with running water, and number them for use. 4.2.3 Preparation of dye liquor
Weigh 0.500g (accurate to 0.0004g) of standard sample and dye sample respectively, put them into 500mL beakers, add 0.5mL of 80% (V/V) acetic acid to make a slurry, then add 200mL of hot distilled water (about 90℃), stir to fully dissolve, cool and transfer to a 500mL volumetric flask, add distilled water to dilute to the scale, shake well and set aside. The concentration is 0.5g/500mL. Prepare dye liquor in five 300mL dye vats according to Table 3. Table 3

HG/T2550—93
When the temperature of the dye liquor reaches 70℃, dye the numbered acrylic bulked yarn in order (turn it over continuously during dyeing), keep it warm for 10 minutes, then evenly heat it to 100℃ within 45 minutes, boil it for 60 minutes, gradually cool it to about 60℃, take out the yarn sample and wash it with clean water, then dry the acrylic yarn at 60℃ in a loose state. 4.2.5 The evaluation of color light and intensity shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2374. 4.3 Determination of moisture content of dye
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of "drying method" in GB2386. 4.4 Determination of water-insoluble matter content in dye
Carry out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2381. Weigh about 1.0g of sample (accurate to 0.0004g), beat with 1mL of 80% (V/V) acetic acid, add 600mL of hot distilled water (about 90℃) to fully dissolve, and filter quickly. 4.5 Determination of dye fineness
Perform in accordance with the provisions of GB2383.
4.6 Determination of color fastness
4.6.1 The determination of color fastness to light shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8427. 4.6.2 The determination of color fastness to washing shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions of test solution 1 and method 3 of GB3921. 4.6.3 The determination of color fastness to perspiration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3922. 4.6.4 The determination of color fastness to rubbing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3920. 4.6.5 The determination of color fastness to heat pressing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6152, 150℃ 10000 pressure. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
3.1~3.2 are factory inspection items.
Type inspection is carried out when one of the six situations described in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs. Among them, it is carried out once every two years in normal continuous production.
5.2 Sampling method
Select 10% of the barrels from each batch (a batch of uniform products mixed once) for sampling. The small batch shall not be less than 3 barrels. If the whole batch is less than 3 barrels, sample from each barrel.
Do not let foreign impurities fall into the product during sampling. Use stainless steel (or aluminum, copper) sampling tubes to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts respectively. After the samples are fully mixed, take about 50g from them and divide them into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles, seal them with paraffin wax, and label them. Indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, strength specification, batch number, sampling date, one bottle for inspection, one bottle for reference, and the shelf life is 1 year. 5.3 Manufacturer Inspection
Cationic Brilliant Blue X-RRL should be inspected by the manufacturer's quality supervision and inspection department. The manufacturer should ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate in a certain format. 5.4 User Acceptance
The user has the right to accept the received Cationic Brilliant Blue X-RRL in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the quality of the product, they can negotiate to resolve the issue. 5.5 Re-inspection
If one of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator is unqualified in the re-inspection result, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution can be selected by agreement between the two parties. And arbitration appraisal should be conducted in accordance with the methods of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging barrel should be firmly and clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, production date, batch number, specification, gross weight and net weight. Each batch of packaging should be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which should be marked with the number of this standard. 6.2 Cationic brilliant blue X-RRL should be packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags. The plastic bags should be tied and then sealed with a lid. Net weight of each barrel is 50kg. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user.
6.3 Handle with care during transportation to prevent moisture and heat. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Additional notes:
