This standard specifies the terminology, classification, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum aerosol cans. This standard is applicable to aerosol cans made of aluminum with a diameter of 25.4mm and a volume not exceeding 1000mL. 2 Normative References

3 Terms
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Aerosol can
A disposable metal container for aerosol products. When in use, the aerosol product is sprayed out through a valve in a controlled form under the action of pre-pressure.

4 Product classification and specifications
4.1 Classification
Aluminum aerosol cans are divided into arch shoulder type, round shoulder type, oblique shoulder type, step shoulder type, etc. according to the shoulder shape, see Figure 2. 1

6 Requirements
6.1 Appearance quality

The printed graphics are clear and complete, and the color is consistent with the sample. Figure 6.1.1
Micro scratches (not more than 0.3 mxg mm) shall not exceed the position, the overprinting tolerance is mm. The main part shall be scratched first, and the secondary part shall be lightly scratched. 6.1.2 The neck of the can shall not have cracks, obvious wrinkles, depressions or mechanical damage, and the can body shall be flat. 6.1.3 For cans with inner coating, the inner coating shall be more complete. 6.2 Dimensions and deviations The main dimensions and deviations of aluminum aerosol cans shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 6.3.2 Hardness of outer coating: greater than or equal to 2H. 6.3.3 Heat resistance test (55℃, 15min): inner and outer coatings do not fall off or wrinkle. 6.3.4 Integrity of inner coating (current value): less than or equal to 30mA. 6.3.5 After the curing test of inner and outer coatings, the coating does not fade. 6.4 Pressure resistance
6.4.1 Airtightness test (0.8 MPa, 1 min): no leakage. 6.4.2 Deformation pressure: greater than or equal to 1.2MPa. 6.4.3 Burst pressure: greater than or equal to 1.4MPa. Note: If the product has higher requirements for the pressure performance of the aerosol can, it shall be in accordance with the relevant product standards or the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 6.5 Compatibility
The user shall conduct product compatibility tests on the aerosol cans and confirm them according to the different contents. 6.6 Hygiene requirements
For aluminum gas cans containing food, cosmetics, medicines and other products, they shall comply with relevant national hygiene regulations. 7
Test methods
7.1 Appearance

7.2.1 The inner and outer diameters of the can mouth and the can height are measured with a special go/no-go gauge or a vernier gauge.
7.2.2 The contact height is measured with a contact height gauge, see Figure 3

7. 3 Internal and external coating adhesion test
7. 3, 1 Instruments and materials
7.3.1.1 Adhesive tape: Model 3M61o\ or adhesive tape with equivalent adhesion. 7.3.1.2 Special marking gauge.
7.3.1.3 Marking knife (paper cutter).
7.3.2 Test method

Place the marking gauge at the measuring position, and use the marking knife to cut the marking gauge horizontally 11 times and vertically 11 times, with a spacing of 1mm. Then stick the adhesive tape to the giant marking position, press and rub it with your fingers until it is completely close, and then tear off the adhesive tape quickly and forcefully to observe the coating condition: When testing the adhesion of the inner coating, the can body must be cut open and flattened for measurement.
7.4 Hardness test of the outer coating
Perform according to GB/T6739.
7.5 Internal and external coating curing test
Dip a little acetone on the absorbent cotton, and use the index finger to evenly rub the absorbent cotton back and forth on the test part of the can for 20 times to check whether the coating has 1) 3M610 adhesive tape is an example of a suitable commercial product. This information is given for the convenience of users of this standard and does not represent the approval of this product.

No damage, whether the absorbent cotton changes color, the coating has no obvious damage, and the absorbent cotton does not change color. The internal coating needs to be cut open for flat test.
7.6 Heat resistance test
7.6. 1 Instrument
Electrically heated constant temperature water bath.
7.6.2 Test method
Adjust the constant temperature water bath to 55℃, immerse the sample in the water bath, take it out after 15 minutes, and observe the coating condition. 7.7 Internal coating integrity test
7.7.1 Receiver and materials
7.7.1.1 Special coating conductivity tester: DC voltage 6.3V, measurement range 0mA~500mA, minimum reading value not greater than 0.1 mA.
7.7.1.2 Electrolyte: 1% sodium chloride (NaCl) aqueous solution. Note: The test solution is prepared with analytical reagents and distilled water. 7.7.2 Test method
Pour the sodium chloride aqueous solution into the sample tank until the liquid level is 6mm from the tank mouth, then place the sample tank on the workbench of the tester, operate according to the instrument usage regulations, and read the current value at the 4th second. 7.8 Airtightness test
7.8.1 Instrument
Aerosol can airtightness water bath tester,
7.8.2 Test method
Put the sample can on the water bath tester, immerse it in water and inflate it to 0.80MPa0.85MPa, and observe whether there are bubbles coming out of the whole can within 1 minute.
7.9 Deformation pressure and bursting pressure measurement
7.9.1 Instrument
Aerosol can bursting pressure tester: Pressure range 0MPa~~6.0MPa: 7.9.2 Determination method
Fill the sample can with clean water, insert the sealing head, screw (clamp) it, and then gradually increase the pressure to the specified value of the deformation pressure. Keep it at 105 and observe whether the can body has permanent deformation. Continue to increase the pressure to the specified value of the bursting pressure, keep it for 10s, and observe whether the can body bursts. 8 Inspection rules
8.1 The number of shipments at one time is a batch, and one aerosol is a unit product. 8.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection should be carried out when the product is delivered. Factory inspection items are 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.4 and 6.4.1. Type inspection items are 6.1~6.4. 8.3 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases: a) When raw materials or processes are changed; b) Once a month during normal production; c) When the product is resumed after suspension;
When the inspection results are significantly different from the first type inspection; When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. e)
8.4 In the requirements of this standard, 6.1 and 6.2 shall be based on the normal inspection two-time sampling plan in GB/T 2828.1, and 6.3 and 6.4 shall be based on the normal inspection one-time sampling plan.
