1.2 Occupational Definition
Aquatic Higher Plant Cultivator
A person engaged in the cultivation, maintenance, construction and management of aquatic higher plants (aquatic vascular plants). 1.3 Occupational Level

This occupation has 5 levels, namely primary (national occupational qualification level 5), intermediate (national occupational qualification level 4), senior (national occupational qualification level 2), technician (national occupational qualification level 2), senior technician (national occupational qualification level 1). 1.4 Occupational Environmental Conditions
Indoor and outdoor, normal temperature, humid, water area.
1.5 Vocational ability tendency
Able to endure hardships and stand hard work, with certain learning, calculation and color discrimination abilities, good health, flexible fingers and arms, coordinated movements, able to work in water, and in principle should be able to swim. 1.6 General education level
Junior high school graduate (or equivalent education level).
1.7 Vocational training requirements
1.7.1 Promotion training period
Primary skills must be no less than 120 standard hours; intermediate skills must be no less than 100 standard hours; advanced skills must be no less than 80 standard hours: technicians must be no less than 60 standard hours; senior technicians must be no less than 5C standard hours. 1.7.2 Training teachers
Teachers who train junior, intermediate and senior personnel should have the professional qualification certificate of technician in this profession or the qualification of intermediate and above professional and technical positions in related professions: Teachers who train technicians should have the professional qualification certificate of senior technician in this profession or the qualification of senior professional and technical positions in related professions; Teachers who train senior technicians should have two or more professional qualification certificates of commercial technician in this profession or the qualification of senior professional and technical positions in related professions.
1.7.3 Training venues and equipment
Theoretical training requires standard teaching equipment such as teaching space and video images; practical training requires the provision of aquatic higher plant materials, machinery (boats, etc.), labor tools (sprayers, sickles, shovels, etc.), labor protection supplies (life jackets, waders, paddy field socks, etc.) and operation sites that can complete various practical trainings.
1.8 Vocational skill assessment requirements
1. 8. 1 Application conditions
a) If you meet any of the following conditions, you can apply for the skill level: 1) You have completed the required number of hours of formal training for the primary level of this occupation and obtained a completion certificate; 2) You have worked as an intern in this occupation for 2 consecutive years; 3) You have worked in this occupation for 1 year.
b) Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for the second level: the relevant art or technical major in this standard refers to biological science (water buffalo biology), aquaculture, environmental science and other majors: NY/T 2607-2014
After obtaining the junior professional qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engage in this occupation for 2 years, receive intermediate formal training in this occupation for the required number of hours, and obtain a completion certificate; 2) After obtaining the junior qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engage in this occupation for 2 years; continuously engage in this occupation for 4 years;
Obtain a graduation certificate for this occupation (major) from a secondary or above (including secondary) vocational school approved by the human resources administration department with intermediate skills as the training target.
c) Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for Level 3: 1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, they have been engaged in the occupation for 1 year continuously, and have received the required number of hours of advanced formal training in the occupation and obtained a completion certificate; 2) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, they have been engaged in the occupation for 2 years continuously; 3) They have obtained a high-level vocational school or a high-level vocational school approved by the labor and social security collection department, with advanced skills as the training target! d) Those who meet any of the following conditions can apply for the second level: 1) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, they have been engaged in this occupation for 2 consecutive years, and have received formal training for technicians in this occupation for the required number of hours and obtained a completion certificate; 2) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, they have been engaged in this occupation for 3 consecutive years; 3) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, they have graduated from a senior technical school (in this occupation major) after obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, and have been engaged in this occupation for 2 consecutive years;
4) Obtain a bachelor's degree in humanities related majors, and have been working in this occupation for 3 consecutive years. e) Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the intermediate level: 1) Obtain the vocational qualification certificate of the technician of this profession. Have been engaged in this profession for 3 consecutive years, have received the required standard hours of formal training for senior technicians of this profession, and obtained a completion certificate; 2) Have obtained a bachelor's degree in a major of a university, and have been engaged in this profession for more than 5 consecutive years. 1.8.2 Identification method
It is divided into theoretical knowledge test and operation skill assessment. The theoretical knowledge test adopts closed-book written test and other methods, and the operation skill assessment adopts on-site actual operation. The theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation assessment are both implemented in a currency point system, and those who score 60 points or above are qualified. Senior technicians and senior technicians must also undergo a comprehensive review.
1.8.3 The ratio of invigilators and examiners to candidates The ratio of examiners to examinees for the theoretical knowledge test is 1:20. There are no less than 2 people in each standard classroom: the ratio of examiners to examinees for the skill operation assessment is 1:5. There are no less than 13 examiners, and the comprehensive review committee is no less than 5 people. 1.8.4 Appraisal time
The theoretical knowledge test time is no less than 90 minutes, the operation skill assessment time is: no less than 30 minutes for primary level, no less than 30 minutes for intermediate level, no less than 30 minutes for senior level, no less than 45 minutes for technician level - no less than 60 minutes for senior technician level. The comprehensive evaluation time is no less than 3 minutes. 1.8.5 Appraisal location and equipment
The theoretical knowledge test is conducted in the standard teaching room, and the skill operation assessment should be conducted in a place with various aquatic higher plant materials, machinery and labor tools, labor protection supplies, etc. required by the number verification. 2 Basic requirements
