Before the test, gently wipe off the dirt on the surface of the specimen with alcohol. On the effective surface, fix a glass (or synthetic resin) ring with an inner diameter of 32mm and a height of 30mm with vaseline or paraffin, and seal its periphery. The test temperature is 20℃±2℃. During the test, keep the specimen horizontal, inject 5g/1. sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to 1/2 of the ring height, and cover it with a glass plate or synthetic resin plate. After reaching the time specified in Table 3, remove the glass ring, wash it gently with water, place it indoors for 1 hour, and then draw a circle on the sample that is concentric with the ring and has a diameter of 30mm. Use a 10-15 times magnifying glass to observe the corrosion inside the circle, and evaluate the protection level according to the provisions of GB/T6461. The level corresponding to the percentage of different total defect areas shall be in accordance with the corresponding provisions in 6.2.4. The sodium hydroxide solution shall be prepared with the sodium hydroxide specified in GB/T629 and the third-grade water specified in GB/T6682. 6.2.8 Test method for boiling water resistance of composite membranes The test method for boiling water resistance of composite membranes is as follows: The test uses the third-grade water specified in GB/T6682. Prepare a 1L beaker for each test piece (100mm×70mm), fill it with water to a depth of about 80mm, and put 2-3 clean broken porcelain pieces in the beaker. Heat the bottom of the beaker, and after the water boils, hang the test piece about 60mm below the water surface, continue to boil for 5 hours, and then take it out for observation. The paint film on the periphery of the test piece and the part within about 10mm from the water surface is not the object of observation and evaluation. During the test, the water should evaporate and can be replenished with boiling water at any time to keep the water surface at a depth of about 80mm as much as possible. The water temperature should not be lower than 95℃ during the entire test. 6.2.9 Test method for wear resistance of composite film
The wear resistance of composite film is determined according to the method specified in Appendix A of GB5237.2. The wear resistance is evaluated by the mass of abrasive required to wear through the film.
6.2.10 Test method for artificial accelerated weathering resistance of composite film The xenon arc radiation aging test is carried out according to the provisions of Method 1 in GB/T1865, with a black standard temperature of 65℃±2℃ and continuous irradiation for 300h. After the test, wipe dry and rate according to the provisions of GB/T1766. The artificial weathering test of fluorescent ultraviolet lamp is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T16585.
