Impact strength, notched impact strength and flexural elastic modulus The state adjustment of the sample and the tensile strength after room temperature and heat aging test and the test environment refer to the provisions of GB1039.
4.2.1 The test is carried out in a dry state. The dry state refers to the state in which the sample is placed in a dryer for more than 24 hours immediately after injection molding or after heat aging test.
If the sample absorbs moisture due to exposure to the air, it needs to be dried. The drying conditions are: medium air temperature 100~110℃C, time 6h. The dried sample should be immediately placed in a dryer for more than 24 hours before testing. 4.2.3
Test environment: temperature 25±2℃:
Relative humidity (65±5)%.

4.3.12 Heat aging resistance: Determine according to GB7141. Test conditions: medium air temperature 180±2℃: time 200h. After the heat aging test, the tensile strength, impact strength and notched impact strength are measured according to GB1040 and GB1043 respectively. 5
Inspection rules
5.1GRPA66-25 should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 5.2 Material sampling shall be in accordance with GB2547.
5.2.1 Every 5t of material is a batch. Www.bzxZ.net
5.2.2 The sampling quantity shall be twice the required quantity of the measured item, one for testing and one for storage in a sealed and clean container for arbitration. Each sample shall be marked with the product name, brand, batch number, production date, sampling date, etc. 5.3 Determination of unqualified products
If one of the test results fails to meet the indicators specified in the technical requirements, two times the number of samples should be re-selected for re-testing of the items that fail to meet the indicators. If the re-test results still fail to meet the standards, the batch of materials will be treated as unqualified products. Packaging, marking, transportation, storage
1 The materials should be packed in plastic packaging bags lined with polyethylene film or 3-layer kraft paper packaging bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. 6.1
6.2 The packaging bag should be marked with the material name, brand, batch number, production date, manufacturer, net weight, etc., and the bag should be accompanied by a product certificate. The materials should be moisture-proof and waterproof during transportation and the packaging should be protected from damage: they should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry warehouse away from heat sources. 6.3
