GB/T 19557.7—2004
This standard defines the technical requirements for the specificity, consistency and stability testing of new varieties of rice, the criteria for judging the specificity and stability of the new varieties, and the content and format of the technical report.
This standard is applicable to the preparation and evaluation of the specificity, consistency and stability of new varieties of rice (Orya satur L.) Normative references

The terms established in GB/T1967.1-G4 apply to this standard. 4 Requirements for test varieties
4.1 Quality and quantity of test variety seeds
4.1.1 The water-release seed quality of the test variety seeds submitted for testing shall at least meet the requirements of GB4434.4.1.2 If the water-release new product has a special purpose, the quality and quantity of the seeds to be submitted can be specified according to its characteristics and scope of use, and the test requirements shall be met. 4.2 Treatment requirements for test variety seeds
With the approval of the relevant authorities, the seeds shall not be subjected to any treatment that affects the growth of rice plants. If the treatment is carried out, a detailed description of the treatment should be provided.
4.3 Storage of test variety seeds
After receiving the test seeds, the testing unit shall immediately separate the stored seeds and keep them in good condition for review. 1.4 Testers: In addition to crossbreeding, please fill in the "Technical Questionnaire" in the appendix. 5 Test station 51 Test time The test time shall be at least two consecutive growing seasons. 5.2 Test location The test point should meet the requirements of the test products and the growth and character of the test products. 5.3 Field room
Each plot has an area of 8.16m2 and a row spacing of 20cm×1cm. The test variety is planted adjacent to similar varieties, with at least 100 rows and protection rows. When the seedlings are 41 years old, they are transplanted and sown in a single row.5.4 Field management
The test is basically the same as that of Dachuan. The re-sowing of the test variety and similar varieties should be consistent. 5.5 Sampling and observation||tt| | The sampling, observation and testing of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding traits in Appendix H. The observed data shall be taken from two replicates. 5.6 Others
The test conditions and the setting of the stimulation test points on the day of the selective test shall meet the requirements of the appendix. The whole seeds used for the test in the second growing season shall be the seeds harvested in the first growing season for conventional seeds, maintenance lines and restorer lines. The sterile lines and hybrid seeds shall be the seeds prepared in the previous year provided by the applicant. 6 Observation and discrimination of traits
6.1 Basic requirements for observation and discrimination
The observation of seed testing shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Appendix A and Appendix H. The test notes shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T19557.1-2J04. The discrimination of specificity, consistency and qualitativeness shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T19557.1-2J04. 5.2 Judgment of specificity
If the quality trait of the test piece has one trait and two or more traits of the quantitative trait are different from similar varieties, or if the quantitative trait has one trait that is different from similar varieties by two or more codes, it can be determined that the test variety and the similar varieties are heterogeneous. 6.3 Judgment of consistency
Traits that cannot be individually tested are not judged for consistency. The allowable variation of conventional varieties shall not exceed 2%, and the allowable variation of hybrid varieties shall not exceed 1 degree. The allowable variation of fertility of sterile lines shall not exceed 8%.
If there are differences in the traits observed, the trait value with the most expression shall prevail and this value shall be reported. 6.4 Judgment of stability
If the variability of a trait between two test varieties is significantly different from the variability of the first test in the same growth period, it means that the variety is slightly different in this trait, otherwise, the trait is not determined.
7.1 Overview
The test traits include plant morphological characteristics, agricultural traits, quality traits and disease resistance traits, a total of 77 (the description of the trait is shown in A), which are divided into mandatory traits and supplementary traits. The mandatory traits are the basic traits that must be observed and described for each test variety, and the supplementary traits are the traits that are further selected when the mandatory traits cannot distinguish the test variety from similar varieties. 2.2 Must-test traits
