This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection schedule, packaging, transportation, etc. of the headlights of construction machinery (hereinafter referred to as headlights). 3.3 Surface quality
JB/T 7694-95
3.3.1 The outer surface of the headlight shall be free of defects such as convexo-concave, cracks, wrinkles, etc. The paint layer shall be uniform in color, free of bubbles and firmly attached, without orange peel and sagging.
3.3.2 There shall be no cracks on the hoop, and the rubber parts shall be free of defects such as cracks and deformation. The surface of the welded parts shall be smooth and the connection shall be firm. 3.4 Performance
3.4.1 Electrical Performance
The rated power and rated voltage of the headlight shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The filament shall be firmly connected and can be lit smoothly when powered on. 3.4.2 Insulation Performance
The insulation resistance between the live part of the headlight and the lamp housing shall be above 1MO (after the water resistance test, it shall be above 0.5MQ). 3.4.3 Light Distribution Performance
The luminous intensity of the headlight shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The measurement points are shown in Figure 2. Table 2

The headlights should work normally in low temperature = 40℃ and high temperature 50℃ environment. The bulbs should not burst or leak. The rubber parts should not soften, deform or crack.
3.4.5 Vibration resistance

3.4.5.1 The headlights shall be able to withstand the sweep frequency vibration and fixed frequency vibration tests in the three directions of up and down, left and right, and front and back as specified in Article 4.5. They shall work normally during and after the test. The bulbs shall not be broken or stagnant. The parts shall not be deformed, loose, fall off, or broken. 3.4.5.2 Headlights shall be classified according to the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

4.1.2 The equipment for the temperature resistance test, vibration resistance test and impact resistance test shall comply with the provisions of GB2423.1, GB2423.2, GB2423.10 and GB2423.5 respectively.
4.2 Insulation resistance test
Use a 500V high resistance meter to measure the resistance between the terminal and the lamp holder. 4.3 Light distribution test
Luminous intensity should be measured at the measuring point specified in 3.4.3. The lamp to be tested should be placed 10m away from the screen, and the geometric axis of the lamp should pass through the HV point.
Heat resistance test
Place the lamp in the test box (room) in normal working state and conduct the temperature resistance test according to the provisions of Table 5. After the high temperature (or low temperature) test, the sample should be placed at room temperature for 1h, and then the low temperature (or high temperature) test should be carried out. Table 5

Each lamp must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. The factory inspection items include electrical performance, basic dimensions and surface quality.
5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1. The items for type inspection of headlights shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 10, and the sampling inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. A secondary sampling plan shall be adopted. The general inspection level and qualified quality level shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 10 or determined by the supplier and the buyer. The sampling plan shall be determined according to the number of batches of headlights to be inspected. 5.2.2 During the inspection, if the number of unqualified items in each item is equal to or less than the corresponding qualified judgment number A., ​​the batch of products shall be accepted, otherwise it shall be rejected.
