Basic parameters of pallet trucks
3.1 Pallet trucks shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 When all transmission parts are working, they shall operate normally and no abnormal noise shall be made. 3.3 The maximum permissible noise level outside the pallet truck shall not exceed 80dB(A). 3.4 Working system of motors for pallet trucks:
Travel motor is short-time working system S, 60min quota: Oil pump motor is S, load duration rate 15% (intermittent cycle working system). 3.5 When the pallet truck is under rated load, the free sliding amount of the fork in 3min shall not be greater than 2mm3.6 After the pallet truck is lifted to the highest position with 125% of the rated lifting weight, there shall be no oil leakage in the hydraulic system, and there shall be no abnormal phenomena such as desoldering, cracks, and permanent deformation in the metal structure. 3.7 Braking of pallet trucks
3.7.1 When the pallet truck is under rated load and brakes at the maximum speed, the braking distance shall not be greater than 1000mm. 3.7.2 The pallet truck shall be equipped with a parking brake. The parking brake shall stop the pallet truck with rated load on the maximum slope that the vehicle can travel and the 10% slope (the minimum of the two slopes) without the help of the driver. 3.7.3 For walk-behind pallet trucks, the joystick must be able to rotate in the vertical plane, and the brake must function in the position shown in Figure 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
