Shaped insulating refractory bricks are used as heat insulation layers and narrow linings that are not affected by high-temperature molten materials and corrosive gases. 1 Classification, shape and size
1. 1 Bricks are divided into NG1.5, NG-1.3a-NG-1.3h, NG-1.0, NG-0.9, NG-0,8.NG-0.7.NG-0.6, NG-0.5, NG-0.4+ brands according to the volume density. 1.2 The shape and size of bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB2992-82 "Shape and Size of General Refractory Bricks". They can also be made according to the customer's drawings. 1.3 Brick classification
1.3.1 Standard type
T2-3 Standard type (230mm×14mm×65mm) 1.3.2 General type, special type, special type
All bricks with the above classification characteristics and whose volume is within the specified range are respectively general type, special type and special type. 1.3.2.1 Type
Not more than four dimensions, the overall dimensions ratio is not more than 1:4, without concave corners (including round bottle,), round plate and -f eye, the volume is 100 ~ 2000cm.
1.3.2.2 Special
The overall dimensions ratio is not more than 1:5, no more than one angle, one groove, one arc, one hole and one angle of 50-73, the volume is 1000 ~ 3000cm.
1.3.2.3 Special
The overall dimensions ratio is not more than 1:6, no more than three angles, three grooves, one arc, one hole and one angle of 30-50, the volume is 1000 ~ 50cm.
1.3.3 For bricks with a size greater than 100 mm, a volume less than 1000 cm3 and greater than 300 cm3, or bricks that exceed special conditions, the technical conditions shall be determined by agreement between the supplier and the buyer:

3 Test method
The inspection of bulk density shall be carried out in accordance with GB2998-82 "Test method for bulk density and true porosity of shaped thermal insulation refractory products". 3.1
3.2 The inspection of the compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out in accordance with GB3997.2-83 "Test method for normal temperature compressive strength of shaped thermal insulation refractory products". 3.3 The inspection of the reburning line change shall be carried out in accordance with GB3997.1-83 "Test method for reburning line change of shaped thermal insulation refractory products". 3.4 The inspection of the shape, size and cross section of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with YB845--75 "Inspection Methods for Shape, Size and Cross Section of Refractory Products". Inspection Rules
5.1 Batch
Bricks are selected and batched. For brands of NG-0.7 and below, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 10 m2. For bricks of other brands, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 40 m2.
4.2 Sampling
Sampling shall be carried out according to the actual situation of each stacking effect, number of rows and appearance, so as to ensure uniform intervals and comprehensive coverage. The inspection of size, shape and cross section shall be carried out for each batch. After the size, shape and cross section are qualified, physical inspection samples shall be taken. The number of samples shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

4.3 Acceptance
Number of samples
4.3.1 For the inspection of size and shape, one brick out of ten is allowed to be unqualified; for the inspection of cross-section, three bricks are taken out of ten bricks for inspection, and all of them should be qualified. If they are unqualified after inspection, they can be turned over and re-selected, and re-tested once. 4.3.2 Inspection of physical indicators According to the provisions of Table 1, the average value of several samples of each indicator must meet the technical requirements. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements for one month, double the number of samples can be taken from a batch of bricks to re-test the unqualified items. If there is even one unqualified item in the re-test results, the whole batch will be regarded as unqualified. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate 5.1 Marking
a. Factory name:
b. Product name and brand;
c. Product specifications and weight.
5.2 Packaging
Bricks are packed in boxes or baskets (filled with soft materials), tightly to prevent loosening and damage. 5.3 TransportationwwW.bzxz.Net
GB3994—83
Bricks should be handled with care and arranged closely during transportation and loading and unloading to avoid collision and damage. Products of different brands and brick numbers should be clearly marked, neatly stored, and not mixed. Vehicles and ships for transporting products must have rainproof facilities and must not be exposed to rain and water. 5.4 Storage
Bricks should be stored in warehouses or covered with tarpaulins to prevent rain and water from flooding. 5.5 Quality Certificate Card
When leaving the factory, the product must be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the technical supervisor, stating the inspection results of physical indicators and other indicators. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by Changchun Light Refractory Material Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Zhao Xian and Lv Qingde. From the implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Standard YB399-63 "Light Refractory Clay Products" will be invalidated.
