The size of the test piece: length×width×thickness (1000mm×400mm×19mm). 5 Test methods 5.1 The geometric accuracy and working accuracy of the machine tool shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.2 The appearance quality shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.3. 5.3 Idle operation test 5.3.1 There shall be no abnormal vibration and noise during idling operation. 5.3.2 Start and stop the movement 10 times continuously to test the reliability of the action. 5.3.3 Test the flexibility of the operating mechanism. 5.3.4 The sound pressure level of idling noise shall not exceed 85dB(A). The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ65015. 5.3.5 The electrical system works accurately and reliably. 5.4 Load test 5.4.1 The working accuracy shall be inspected in accordance with Article 4.4.5. 5.4.2 The load test is generally carried out in the manufacturer and, if necessary, in the user's factory. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The machine tool shall be inspected and qualified by the factory inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 6.2 The machine tool shall be inspected at the factory according to Article 4.4, and can only leave the factory after the certificate of conformity is issued. 6.3 Type inspection The type inspection items are all the technical requirements of this standard. When one of the following situations occurs, a type inspection must be carried out. New product trial production or old product transformation appraisal; a. After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. QB/T 1623-1992 When the national quality supervision agency proposes to conduct type inspection; During normal production, it shall be conducted once a year; When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results. 6.4 Type inspection rules For products produced in batches, each batch shall be randomly inspected at a sampling rate of 10%, and no less than one unit shall be inspected in each batch. If it is unqualified, double sampling will be conducted. If it is still unqualified after double sampling, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation 7.1 Fix the label at the appropriate position of the machine tool. The type, size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 7.2 Packaging The packaging of the machine tool shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T191 and QB/T842, and the exported machine tools shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1471. 7.3 Transportation Transportation shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8 and the requirements of relevant transportation department documents.
