3 Technical requirements
Technical requirements include grading regulations, physical indicators, dyeing degree and evaluation of appearance defects. 3.1 Grading regulations
The quality of carded woven wool yarn is based on batches. It is evaluated according to three items: physical indicators, dyeing degree and appearance defects, and the lowest item is used to determine the grade.
3.2 Evaluation of physical indicators||t t||Material indexes are evaluated according to the provisions of the table, and the lowest one is used to determine the grade. They are divided into excellent, first-class and second-class products, and the lower one-class products are substandard products. Table 1

3.4.1 The appearance of wool yarn shall be evaluated according to Table 3, and the lowest item shall be used to determine the grade, which is divided into excellent, first and second grade products. Products below second grade are substandard products. 3.4.2 The surface defects of wool yarn shall be compared with the number of hair particles and yarn defects within the length of ten blackboards (i.e. the front and back of the blackboard) and the dirty spot sample of combed wool yarn shall be evaluated according to the provisions of Table 3,

5.1 The buyer shall accept according to this standard.
(1) The degree of slight and more obvious shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. The shape of the big belly yarn shall be implemented according to the sample of the carded wool yarn defects. The fall of the extra long coarse yarn shall be in accordance with the A, 5 gauge decay in Appendix A of this standard. 5.2 Physical indicators and dyeing degree are sufficient to ensure the supply of the guarantee conditions. If the buyer needs the test results, the supplier shall provide them. 5.3 Acceptance quantity: One sample is randomly selected from each batch. If the batch exceeds 50kg, every 500 Take -100 samples from each kilogram of yarn. 5.4 Determination of acceptance result: According to the inspection results of physical indicators, color fastness and appearance defects, a comprehensive evaluation shall be made, and the lowest -100 items shall be used to determine the grade. Among them, the dyeing half-degree is graded according to different colors. When the dyeing half-degree test of a certain color number fails, the wool yarn of this color number is unqualified. 5.5 In case of objection to the acceptance result, re-inspection may be carried out. The number of re-inspections shall be doubled, and the re-inspection result shall be the final result. 6 Packaging and marking
6.1 Packaging
6.1.1 The packaging of carded woven wool yarn shall ensure that its quality is not damaged and be convenient for transportation and storage. 6.1.2 The packaging of carded yarn shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.1.3 Each package shall contain wool yarn of the same variety, grade, batch number and cylinder number. 6.2 Marking
6.2.1 Each yarn must be labeled. The label shall indicate the product name, specification, batch number, etc. 6.2.2 The outer packaging of wool yarn shall be marked with the following: product name, product number, batch number, color number, cylinder number, package number (box number), product weight, fiber content, implementation standard, manufacturer name, and production date. 7 Other

Several relevant provisions
A. 1 The fiber content tolerance of carded woven pure wool yarn, pure chemical yarn and wool blended yarn shall be implemented in accordance with FZ/T01053. When the fiber content of blended yarn is less than 10%, its fiber content shall not be less than 70% of the standard value of the fiber content. A.2 Gross quantity: The supplier and buyer shall convert the gross quantity according to the standard moisture content and oil content of wool yarn, see formula (A1). The gross quantity deviation rate is ±0.5% (the standard oil content of pure wool yarn and blended wool yarn for carding and weaving is 2.5%). A.3 The public moisture regain of textile materials shall be implemented in accordance with GB9994. A.4 This standard is divided into the following categories according to the linear density of the yarn: high-count yarn: wool yarn of 66.? tcx and below (15 Nm and above). Medium-count yarn: wool yarn of 143~-66,7 tcx (7~15 Ntm), low-count yarn: wool yarn of 1431x and above 1: (7Nn and above).
