This standard corresponds to the English version of Codex Sta135-1995. The consistency of this standard with Codex:an19[9] is not equivalent. The main difference is that the physical and chemical characteristics and test methods of pesticides are added, and the physical indexes and test methods of pesticides are specified. In addition, this standard is more advanced and complete, and it meets the advanced requirements of the environmental standards of similar products. 5. 4.1 Tolerance
The difference between the quantity of each package and the standard record shall not exceed 1. If it exceeds the standard, it shall be repackaged. Only the fruits of the first grade can be listed, and the fruits of the second grade are not allowed to be filled in the inventory. 1) The fruit with obvious defects in the first grade is allowed to be packed in the inventory. 2) The fruit of the first grade is allowed to be less than 3% of the fruit that does not meet the requirements of this grade, and the defective fruit shall not exceed 1. 3) The fruit of the first grade is allowed to be less than 5% of the fruit that meets the requirements of this grade. The total defective fruit shall not exceed 3%, and the defective fruit shall not exceed 2. Product: No more than 8 defects that do not meet the requirements of the grade, and its serious defects shall not exceed 6.2.2. If any one of the indicators of N.1 is unqualified, it shall be regarded as a qualified product and shall not be re-tested. 6.4.2.2 If the packaging materials do not meet the requirements of N.1, it shall be judged as a qualified product and shall not be re-tested. 6.4.2.3 The approved product does not meet the requirements of the grade and shall be judged as a packaging grade product.
