4.1 products shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The blade steel of the special-shaped planer shall be made of W18Cr4V in accordance with YB/T12 or other materials with performance not lower than that, and the blade body shall be made of A3 in accordance with GB/T700 or other materials with performance not lower than that. 4.3 The heat treatment hardness of the blade steel is HRC59~63, and the hardness difference of the same piece is not greater than HRC3. The metallographic structure is tempered martensite, the needle length is not greater than the third level, and the network carbide is not more than the second level. 28

6.2.1Products produced in batches shall be inspected according to the items specified in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of this standard. Type inspection must be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. d.

7.3 The packaging type of the planer should ensure that the planer is not damaged during transportation. 7.4 The product should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse and should not be placed together with corrosive items. The storage period is one year. If it is stored beyond the period, it should be re-inspected before leaving the factory.
