Only after passing the inspection can they be shipped out of the factory with a certificate of conformity. 6.2Type inspection 6.2.1Products produced in batches shall be inspected according to the items specified in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of this standard. Type inspection must be carried out in any of the following situations. a. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. d. Type inspection: 3% of the current batch of products shall be sampled, and at least two pieces shall be inspected item by item. If one item fails the inspection, double the 6.2.2 random inspection; if it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Special-shaped planers must be clearly printed with trademarks, models, specifications, and materials. 7.2 The product should be rust-proofed before packaging, and the following marks should be marked on the outside of the packaging box.
