This standard specifies the basic requirements for the type, size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of mirror-like effective thread rolling wheels (hereinafter referred to as thread rolling wheels).
This standard is applicable to the processing of thread rolling wheels with unified effective (NSB1.1-1), and thread rolling wheels are divided into two accuracy levels: [grade and? Grade 1 is applicable to the processing of external threads with tolerance grades 3A and 2A, and grade 2 is applicable to external threads with tolerance grades 2A and 1A. 2 Reference standards

4.1 Size and position tolerances
4.1.1 The tolerances of the inner hole, thread, middle diameter, pitch, tooth type half angle, tooth top height, tooth bottom height and other dimensions shall be in accordance with the relevant drawings and tables of this standard.

4.2.1 The thread rolling wheel is made of 9SiCr and Cr12MoV alloy tool steel and other equivalent alloy tool steel. The carbide uniformity of Cr12MoV is not more than level 3.
42.2 The hardness of the working part of the thread rolling wheel is 59.5~62.5HKC. 4.3 Appearance and surface roughness
4.3.1 The surface of the thread rolling wheel shall not have defects such as lines, marks, rust and grinding burns that affect the performance. 4.3.2 The surface roughness limit of the thread rolling wheel shall be in accordance with the following provisions: Thread tooth profile: Level 1 precision R32 blood: Level 2, 3 precision bed R, 6.3 μm.

5 Marking and Packaging
5.1 The thread rolling wheel shall be marked with

5.3 Packaging
The thread rolling wheel shall be treated with anti-corrosion before packaging. The packaging must be firm and can prevent damage during transportation.
