Coal Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Method for compiling models of safety helmet lamps for mining Subject content and scope of application MT/T 154.6--1995 This standard specifies the principles for compiling models of safety helmet lamps for mining (hereinafter referred to as mining lamps), the composition of models, the arrangement method, the compilation method and the model management and declaration method. This standard applies to the compilation and management of mining lamp models. 2 Reference standards MT/T154.1 Guidelines and management methods for compiling models of electromechanical products for coal mines 3 Compilation principles 3.1 The naming of mining lamp models should be concise. 3.2 Mining lamp models are composed of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals. 4 Composition and arrangement of product models 4.1 Mining lamp models are mainly composed of "product type code", "first characteristic code" and "main parameter code". If it is still difficult to distinguish after such indication, then add "Second Characteristic Code", "First Supplementary Characteristic Code", "Second Supplementary Characteristic Code" and "Modification Serial Number" one by one. 4.2 The composition and arrangement of the mining lamp model are as follows: 口www.bzxz.net 5 Method for compiling mining lamp model Modification Serial Number Second Supplementary Characteristic Code First Supplementary Characteristic Code 一Main Parameter Code Second Characteristic Code 一First Characteristic Code Product Type Code 5.1 The "Product Type Code" in the mining lamp model indicates the category of the product, which is indicated by the Chinese Pinyin letter "K". 5.2 The "First Characteristic Code" in the mining lamp model indicates the battery type, which is indicated by the Chinese Pinyin letter, see Table 1. It is expressed in Chinese pinyin letters, see Table 2. Table 2 Second characteristic code Product function Chinese characters and pinyin Methane alarm Methane Signal transmission Xun Fang The "main parameter code" in the miner's lamp model indicates the rated capacity (Ah) of the miner's lamp battery, expressed in Arabic numerals. 5.4 5.5 The "first supplementary characteristic code" and "second supplementary characteristic code" in the miner's lamp model are used for identification when the "product type", "first characteristic code", "second characteristic code" and "main parameter code" are the same, but it is necessary to further distinguish their related characteristics, and are expressed in Chinese pinyin letters. The "first supplementary characteristic code" indicates the lamp head structure type, and the "second supplementary characteristic code" indicates the battery characteristics. The following information should be provided when declaring: miner's lamp product manual, product technical conditions, general drawing and sub-general drawing, one copy each b. The application of product model should be submitted to the miner's lamp management unit authorized by the Electrical Equipment Sub-Technical Committee of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry from the beginning of design. After the product is identified, the confirmation procedure must be handled (if it is a derivative product that is no longer identified, the confirmation registration should be handled). It will take effect after formal confirmation. 6.2 For existing models of mining lamps, when the production is transferred to another factory, the original model can be used without re-application. If a major improvement is made during production and its main parameters or structure have been significantly changed, the product model should be re-applied for, and only the main parameters of the modified serial number shall not be changed. 6.3 When applying for the confirmation procedure of the product model, it is necessary to fill out the confirmation application registration form in triplicate, and attach a copy of the product identification certificate, a copy of the product enterprise standard and a color photo of the product. 503 Additional notes: MT/T154.6--1995 This standard was proposed by the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry.
