If one of the following situations requires a comprehensive assessment of product quality, a type inspection should be carried out. a.
Pre-production and type identification of new products or old products for production, after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; a periodic inspection should be carried out every 3 months of normal production; when the product resumes production after a long period of suspension;
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the superior quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection 6.2.3 Product quality characteristics and inspection classification
