I TTKAONKAcA 1 Scope Classification and codes of goods in logistics operations This standard specifies the classification principles, code structure, coding method, classification and codes of goods in logistics operations. GB/T 27923—2011 This standard is applicable to the planning and design of logistics facilities, the selection of logistics equipment, the formulation of logistics plans, the cost settlement and information management and related analysis, and can also be used by administrative departments for industry management, information processing, information exchange and statistical analysis. 2 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Logistics operationslogistiesoperation The physical work process of transportation, storage, loading and unloading, handling, packaging, circulation processing, distribution, and information processing in logistics activities. 3 Classification principles 3.1 The classification objects of this standard are various goods involved in logistics operations, including the main products and unique products of various industries in my country. 3.2 Classify logistics operation goods according to the characteristics of transportation tools, storage facilities, loading and unloading methods, etc. 3.3 According to the physical properties of various types of goods, try to classify goods with the same or similar physical and chemical properties into one category. 3.4 According to the upstream and downstream relationships of each link in the supply chain, sort the products according to their industrial sources and basic attributes such as product nature, processing technology, and use. The order of the codes in the order of arrangement has nothing to do with their importance. 3.5 This standard sets "others" as the receiving category. The receiving category adopts the code with the last digit of "9", and "9" when it is two digits. 4 Coding method and code structure 4.1 Coding method 4.1.1 The cargo code of this standard is a hierarchical code structure, which is divided into three layers. The first layer is represented by two Arabic numerals, and the second and third layers are represented by one Arabic numeral. 4. 1.2 The first layer code generally starts from "01", arranged in ascending order, and can be coded up to "99"; the second and third layer codes generally start from "1". Arranged in ascending order, and can be coded up to *9\. 4.1.3 The codes with the digit "9" in the second and third layers all represent the receiving category. When the same layer is divided into several intervals, the receiving category of each interval is generally represented by a code with the last digit "9". 4.1.4 When the categories of the first and second layers are no longer subdivided, add "*0" after their codes until the fourth digit. 4.1.5 Appropriate blank spaces are reserved at each level for adding or adjusting categories. 4.2 Code structure Logistics operation cargo code adopts three-layer four-digit code, and its structure is: XXX Major categoryMiddle categorySmall category TTIKANYKACA GB/F 27923—2011 5 Logistics operation cargo classification and code Logistics operation cargo is divided into 18 major categories, 118 middle categories, and 106 small categories, forming three levels.
